I usually do not eat McDonald’s. I have not been here in years but I had time to waste today and they were the only thing close so I said what the heck. Upon entering it was quiet and still. It would have been nice to be greeted by a human. I waited about three minutes before I went to use the kiosk machine. There are two sides so it shouldn’t be too much of a wait. The lack of human presence causes it to feel a bit stale. It’s a small dining area, however its design makes it feel spacious and inviting. Most of the tables were dirty. Maybe a more frequent wipe down would help. I picked the cleanest one and cleaned it. The food didn’t take too long and was warm upon arrival. The McChicken was a standard factory patty. Sloppy, with lettuce and lots of mayo. The McCrispy is a much better quality of chicken. It has the thickness of a regular chicken breast and had two pickles on it. I would suggest adding other topping. It was a little too bland and boring. Overall the it was clean inside and comfortable for dining. There is also a drive through. Not bad but I will stick to my usual food. If ever in need of something and this all there is I could do it again.

This is a terrible McDonald’s, avoid at all costs. We ordered fish sandwiches for myself and my kids, we got shorted two entire sandwiches, but didn’t realize it until I was home because it took 30 minutes just to get the order fulfilled…. Then when I got to my food, the cheese wasn’t even on the sandwich. Picture attached…

Very slow initiative service.
4 sausage biscuit and 4 sausage burritos which were less than room temperature.
Also a large coffee and small cup of water (self service) was a few cents shy of $4.00.

How do you sell hot honey items with no hot honey sauce. Charge me for it and failed to notify me that they do not have it. Throw the whole building away.

I am a local here. This is the worst that I have ever seen this restaurant. It was the worst I’ve run across anywhere in a long time. Everything was sticky in the fountain drink area there was flies all over the whole fountain drink area. It was so gross. There was soda all over the floor in front of machine cabinet. This had to have been there for several hours because it was very stinky rotten soda smell. The sweet tea was also gross. I did report it to the cashier. I hope they got this fixed and cleaned up quick. This is a very good little place to get some quick eats and very convenient location. I hate to see a good place go down. I do recommend this restaurant. I will returning again soon hoping for a better experience.

Not a friendly place at all. I was offered to place my order at a kiosk….the thing was dingy and dirty. The manager was attempting to fix a gift card and told me it would be a wait before they could take my order. So I might as well use it. Again….the kiosk was filthy!!!!!
No thanks….all we wanted was a cup of ice cream and they had 2 people trying to fix a gift card on 1 register.
Hmmmmm…when will these companies learn….not everyone wants to use kiosks to do orders….especially when it’s fifty.
Definitely would N.O.T be coming back here again.

This morning I went to grab a couple of breakfast sandwiches. They were raw! I bit into mine and instantly knew something was wrong and stopped my kids from eating it. Very disappointing this takes farm to plate to a new level.

Waiting 15 minutes before we were waiting on ended up using the kiosk and the she asked for our order. Got our food and the fries and everything was cold not even hot asked for sweet and sour sauce after I paid for it and she acted like it was a big deal. Got 2 napkins no other napkins around and then the fryers were going off for the whole time so why did I end up with cold food. Never stop again ever
