Found a piece of the meat packaging in my food attached with stands of hair. Pictures are attached.
Called to get a refund and the lady wanted to argue with me about it. Tried to convince me that it was a piece of the bone marrow that I should just put it aside. Are you kidding me ? Drove back to the restaurant and demanded my refund. SMH. Health Department complain for sure.

The food is always delicious. I come to Arboledas frequently and have tried many things on the menu. The warm salsa is really good and the red salsa is really spicy hot ( for me!). The plates are generous and pretty.
I like the manager and all of the servers. It’s nice to be recognized when I walk in. Great neighborhood restaurant!

I ordered the Arleys plate and my chicken in my chicken taco was freezing cold. When I told our server she informed me it was “because your taco sat there for awhile.” So that wasn’t ok either. But the chicken was so freezing cold that couldn’t have been the problem.
The next thing is that when you walk into the ladies room there are signs everywhere telling you not to flush toilet paper, as if being transported all the way back to Mexico. It smelled disgusting in that restroom and then I got to go back to my table to eat my frozen taco. My husband said this place used to be amazing. Well those days are long gone! This place is disgustingly dirty!!!

Not that great. I ordered the carne asada plate and I couldn’t eat the meat it had a wierd tast to it. I would not go back…the server was really nice and attentive.

Got food to go and only took 15 minutes to prepare. The queso tasted good but very watery. I asked how big the bowl of queso is and was told it will feed 4 people. For $8 not bad. Except when I got a small container of queso that only fed one I realized it’s not worth it. The shrimp flautas were burned and hollow with the tail left on and caldo de res (not in pictures) was bland. The nachos in the picture are the kids nachos. The queso flameado was cold and the avocado was old (dark spots). Will not be getting food to go from here again. Bill was about $55.

Great service, good food and very very reasonable prices all make for a great Tex-Mex restaurant. I had the enchilada special of the day for $7 and it was definitely worth it.
The server was prompt with the chips and salsa. They served 2 kinds of salsa, 1 a bit more spicy than the other and both were delicious and tasted fresh.
I would definitely return to this place.

Edit: the restaurant issued a refund to my card hopefully if we try it again the service will be better next time.
Normally the food is great but today I got home and it was all wrong. They offered to replace it but what am I supposed to do when they tie the bag up completely in the restaurant and it’s a 30 minute drive home and a 30 minute drive back. By that time it’s already 9pm way past dinner. Just refund my card.

Would give zero starts if I could. There was an open butter in the middle of the chips last time we went so we decided not to go back. Today we went back for the first time to give them one more chance and OF COURSE there was a hair in the middle of the chips. We told the waitress who just replaced them with more. Service was not great. One of my coworkers got her meat undercooked, asked for it to be cooked longer and it came back STILL raw. I found something in my chicken enchiladas, no clue what it was but it was gross and my other coworkers enchiladas taste like spoiled milk. We definitely will not be back. Over priced, they clearly reuse unfinished food and service was not great.

My family reunion of 17 people came in last Saturday night and had a great time! The food was really good and the margaritas were fantastic!! To top it off, our waitress was amazing. She submitted all our orders to memory and got them all right. Definitely will go back next time I’m in Dallas!
