I have said before that I am not comparing McDonald’s to Ruth’s Chris. I am comparing it to other McDonald’s locations and other fast food restaurants, and by that standard my experience this morning was excellent. I arrived early, found a clean table tucked into a corner, and settled in. I was able to connect to their wifi quickly and easily, and placing my order through the McDonald’s app was just as simple. About five minutes later, a pleasant crewmember brought my meal over on a tray, which is always a nice touch at a fast food place.
Everything I ordered was exactly right. The Egg McMuffin was cooked properly, the hashbrowns were still hot, and the coffee arrived just the way I requested it with two cream and light ice. I even received a bonus sausage wrap with the hot salsa, which made the meal feel a little more generous than expected. It all came out fresh, accurate, and ready to enjoy.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean, the service was friendly, and my food arrived exactly as ordered. For a McDonald’s, this was a clear five‑star visit.

Having been to many Mickey Deez over the years(Gotta treat my children from time to time), I was very impressed with the service, food, and atmosphere of this restaurant. I was mostly impressed with the staff whom, went above and beyond, to help me with the self help kiosks.( which in my opinion are useless if you need to get help from the staff due to the constant and annoying updates changing the way you order upon entering). Now, moving on to the fantastic service I received. I then ordered a steak egg and cheese meal with coffee. It was somewhat busy, but to no avail, they performed flawlessly. Delivering hot food to my table within moments of ordering. While waiting, I checked the cleanliness of the restroom, seating areas, play area, and parking lot. noticing it was immaculate. Thus making my visit that much more enjoyable. Not very offten do I come across a Mcdonalds that is this well off, regardless of time or location.

This business doesn’t even deserve a one star for anything. The lady approached the counter after I asked through the pickup window if she was the cashier, and by the time she shows up and couldn’t find my order because I don’t use the self serve cash kiosks anywhere I go! I am a customer service specialist and I expect that the business where I choose to go in and spend my money knows that I pay their bills!!! Obviously, this lady had rather argue over where’s my order in less time it would have taken to punch a large black coffee on that screen she was tapping around on and had my coffee paid for delivered and I would have been out the door, no hassles. Instead, your lazy slack customer care is pitiful help. ThAt is ALL!!!

My wife and daughters came here on Christmas Eve, and my daughter recorded the second half of the encounter, so I could only imagine the first half. The worst part is when they asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. Just from the video (want to see it ?) Being and acting so ignorant and during the time we supposed to be in th holiday spirit. Not to mention, the chicken nuggets were cold and dry, no sauce or nothing. I hate when we spend our hard earned money for terrible service and terrible food.

I’ve now had two separate DoorDash orders from this McDonald’s stolen/mishandled, and the way the staff handled it both times was extremely disappointing.
On both occasions, someone else picked up my order before my driver arrived. When my driver went in to get the food, staff refused to remake the order, even though it was clearly their store that handed it out to the wrong person.
To make matters worse, they also refused to cancel the order on their end, which meant multiple drivers kept being sent to pick up food that was already gone while I was stuck contacting support trying to fix it myself.
This isn’t just inconvenient, it’s poor order control and even worse customer service. If orders are being stolen, there should be a verification process or at minimum a willingness to remake the food when the mistake happens in-store.
Twice now I’ve paid for food I never received, spent extra time dealing with support, and been left without a resolution from the restaurant itself.

Customer service is non-existent at this location. We ordered kids meal with a drink of course, we had to ask for a straw and with it came an attitude. Waited for 15 minutes only to get old fries.

The service was absolutely horrible waited over 20 mins and our food wasnt even right. The paper on the burgers have the correct modifications but the burgers were wrong. My ice cream sundae was supposed to have extra caramel and hot fudge which I paid for and it doesn’t. My husband’s bacon quarter pounder had NO BACON. This is the absolute worst mcdonald’s I have ever been to. Would rate zero stars if I could.

With 3 cars in front of me we waited 24 minutes. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese tomato and onion only. I received pickles and onion. I gave the sandwich back and asked for tomato and onion only. They scraped the pickles off, put another piece of cheese on top and a few slivers of onion. This is lazy and still smells like pickles
