this is their large fries lol. stood in line with no one at the register waiting for 10 minutes, gave us 20 nuggets when we ordered 40, and when we asked to get our other 20 they gave us attitude, their customer service is a joke.

Yeah it takes forever to get your food sometimes but honestly, all the people who work in the drive thru have been super sweet to my 5yo & I really appreciate it. He is neurodivergent & likes to say hi & talk if we have to sit at the window for a little bit & not one person at this store has ever had a problem with it. Thank you to management for hiring kind people!

If I could give 0 ⭐s I would. All around a bad experience. The food was just thrown together. Everyone there had terrible attitudes. There was only 1 other customer but nobody would help you. 1 girl specifically was just as rude as they come.the manager had absolutely no control over what was goin on and half the employees were in the bathroom playing or on their phone.

This mcdonalds is the worst mcdonalds around. Nobody comes to the register, they throw the mobile orders on the rack without calling names, takes over 20 minutes for little food, they talk with friends in the dining room (non-employees) and completely ignore us. Nothing about this place is right.

Stood in line for 10 minutes from 10:50am-11am waiting for my order to be taken. Kiosk are down so you can’t order on them. The cashier walked away when i walked up didn’t say give me a moment or nothing. Didn’t return, manager came to the register to do a refund for someone else saw i was standing there and didn’t even greet me or say can you give me a moment or anything. Another guy and I left. Waited 30 mins for some fries and a burger. Employees were eating their food while I was still waiting. Showed my receipt only for them to say they didn’t have my order. Waited 10 more mins. Asked for the manager who was standing right there (what the employee told me) and the manager still didn’t come to speak to me. 11-8-2025. Definitely won’t be going back.

I had went here today at like 4 for lunch with my children. my son who is autistic started having a meltdown because he was overstimulated and an employee gave him the most disgusted look and it felt like we were not welcomed there we will not be back to this location. we had also ordered in to sit there and they brought everything to us in a bag .
we also had tomato’s on our cheeseburger and quarter pounder they never put the tomatoes on the quarter pounder and they put the ends of the tomato in the cheeseburger. we have already contacted corporate office as well because that’s not right to give a disgusted look towards a child for no reason

Order placed at 1015am and was not fulfilled until 1042am. Quality of the staff was low except for employee Reen who had to beg for help from the back in order to get customers taken care of. Management at this sight needs an overhaul in training and quality of service.

Horrible service,took me an hour to get a few burgers and two fries and one drink. Didnt make my order the first time, had me park and wait for 40 minutes, I went back in the drive through and it had been so long my order wasn’t even in the system no more. They made my order and forgot 3 of my sandwiches and made another 1 of my sandwiches wrong and I gave it all back. Then they still didnt make my one sandwhich right. I need about one free ice cream for every extra 10 minutes I had to wait. Would rather drive 30 minutes to another McDonald’s then go through this again.
