2 cars ahead of me. Sat in the drive thru at the window for over 20 minutes after I paid. No communication and they just kept fixing orders for people inside. Then food was barely warm when I got it. Several cars behind me left the drive thru.

This was a halfway stop on a 6 Hour Dr. and the absolute best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The kind woman who took my order didn’t make me go to the kiosk. She was right there ready to help me. She was so friendly I was going to go outside to walk my dog while the order was being made, but everything was ready once I filled my drink up!
You could tell she was frazzled because it was so very busy, but she was never rude and was polite to her coworkers as well as the ladies who ordered before me.

I had a feeling they got my order wrong and i was right. Before they handed me my food they looked confused when they were looking at my order on their screen. Instead of getting a hot honey bacon chicken sandwich they gave me 1 hot honey snack wrap. Waste of money

The food is pretty much the same from one place to the next so there’s not much to say about that. Basically the only thing I can leave a review on at a McDonald’s is service. Most of the time it is horrible. This particular McDonald’s did a good job. The lady behind the counter was friendly she took my order accurately I got exactly what I ordered and she was friendly.

What fantastic McDonald’s! Your staff are so nice! I wish the receipt had my servers name on it but high kudos to her. This is sat 11-22-25 so you as manager can complement her, give her a raise! You need more employees like her. I watched as she went over and beyond for an elderly customer. That’s a good soul. The food was perfect. Exactly to order and nice and hot. Mocha was delicious! Good job!!

9/1/25 I stopped here on my way home from Augusta. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich meal. They were out of most drinks. My fries were fresh and hot. The the chicken was old and rubbery and the bread was tough. I ended up throwing the sandwich out. If you should stop by here, please check your food before you leave to ensure it’s fresh. If people take their time to patronize you, don’t give them something you wouldn’t eat, such as old stale food. Value your job and serve fresh, hot food every time. You don’t want people wasting your money do you?
