They’re wasting supplies by wrapping the sandwich then putting then in boxes. And the service during the drive thru was horrible. It’s supposed to be fast food yet we waited 20 minutes when there was only one person in front of us

Will have you waiting 30 min in the drive thru for a whopper junior.
My 1st experience this same thing happened. Figured id give it another go around. Same thing!!
I will say atleast my 2nd experience i wasnt told to wait at the 1st window before moving to the 2nd window. Without a single car other then me in the drive thru. I guess that’s some progress. Will not be eating here again

When’s the manager Tiffany ain’t there they mess up our orders so bad she’s the only one that makes sure that our order is correct the other people you show me a list and they still get it wrong they can’t read but Tiffany goes beyond her job description and make sure the customers get their food and it’s correct Tiffany’s the only manager I know that goes out of her way and make sure the orders are correct and it’s the Burger King on West Main but the one on West Main all the other people don’t care who’s order they mess up I think they go too fast and they miss and what I think you need to send your people go back to school and learn how to read again but Tiffany’s the only one that I know that the manager that sit there and takes her time and make sure every single order is correct when she’s ain’t there or orders are order gets messed up every single time that she’s not working

Good food, fast (drive-thru), and friendly. Turning back to 231 was a nightmare. Even turning right to go through the roundabout. Would recommend going back around parking lot and going out side street to light.

DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION. They screw it up every.. single.. time. I’ve tried calling to make sure the order came through right, but good luck getting an answer, it just rings and rings. I even went up there once to exchange and showed my order to manager, but STILL got the argument that I put it in wrong. Missing items, incorrect items, wrong size items… stupidity must be a requirement for getting a job there.

We waited almost 45 minutes in the drive thru behind two other people. We were picking up a mobile order we had already paid for. They first gave us the wrong order, then informed us they were out of the promotional drink so they gave us a SMALL soda instead. We got our food, lukewarm (except the fries which were cold), and missing half of the spongebob tots we ordered.

I ordered breakfast at the drive through window this morning with a lady by the name of Tay. She was so delightful and happy. She started my day off with a big smile! Order was correct and customer service was amazing. Thank you Tay!

Had a bad experience turned great with the help of Tara. Our mobile order was completed with yummy food and a smile. Her and her manager worked quickly to come up with a solution to them not having the items we ordered via mobile app. Something we were all happy for, thanks again guys!

Murfreesboro burger kings all went to crap. Employees hate to wait on you, food is old, the worst. 3 years all down hill , dirty , hateful, lazy employees. Old food , cold burgers, fries as ND nuggets terrible, I tried chicken fries, dry and old . So sad I grew up with burger king, I’m ,,60 sad a staple is dying quickly
