We stopped by around 9 a.m., but the chicken biscuits weren’t ready, so we were asked to pull up and wait. After quite a long wait, we were given the wrong order. Thankfully we noticed before pulling away, but it was frustrating to have to wait even longer after that. We also had to ask several times for napkins and condiments.
On a positive note, the chicken biscuit did have a generously sized piece of chicken. Unfortunately, the sausage egg McMuffin was no longer hot by the time we received it. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we won’t be stopping at this McDonald’s location again.

The restaurant was clean and warm. It was very cold outside so we appreciated the warmth. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the dining area was technically closed, they allowed us to eat inside anyway. Thank you for your kindness, Forsyth McDonald’s!

I visited this location on February 16, 2026 at about 4:30 and I watched who i believe to be one of your managers walk across the parking lot like she was coming from the store, she proceeded to go into a car I dont know if she retrieved anything from it be after that she walked into the restaurant and directly behind the counter looking at her phone when the buzzer went off for the fries she sat her phone down on the counter where they slide the sandwichs down (which in itself is nasty) and walked over to make my two orders of fries and brought them to me when I told her I don’t want them because I just watched her do all this WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS she had the nerve to tell me my hands didn’t touch the food though (HER EXACT WORDS) I swear you can’t make this stuff up. I told her baby just give me my money back and left. I understand we dont know what goes on behind the counter when we order we just hope people are responsible and clean but to do it right in my face and make that statement its just to much and what example are you setting for your staff

Ordered two happy meals with chicken nuggets. It’s typical McDonald’s food. Fries could be crispier but were salted nicely. The best thing here is the staff. They are super attentive, quick, helpful, and friendly.

if i could rate a 0 i would. today i redeemed my rewards for a burger. when i got to the restaurant they took forever to even acknowledge i was there and then when i got my food and got to where i could check it, there was no patty on my bun just cheese, meat, ketchup and pickles. when i went back to get a remake the workers took a long time to come to the front counter and then when i told them what happened the girl kinda rolled her eyes and walked to the back. she did ask for a remake but when she did the grill workers laughed. all together i was very dissatisfied with service today.

While picking up a mobile order I got a notification that my order was ready so I went in and waited and waited finally after standing there 15 to 20 minutes hearing them tell the cooks to fix stuff for my order. That’s just one one example out of many so yes they get very little ⭐

No rating Bathrooms filthy. No soap and employees use same Bathrooms. Do they wash their hands-how? I didn’t eat there. Didn’t need anymore germs. Yuck!!
