Raw, dry oatmeal! And where are the apples? I ordered it through the mobile app and they make it so difficult to be able to get your money back or to contact somebody. I finally found the online form and now have to wait to see if someone feels like responding. This is just ridiculous. No wonder a lot of people tell me to stay away from this location!

I ordered on the mobile app in the parking space during a rush hour. They finished their rush and got me my food within 3 minutes. Completely fresh fries, gave me a couple extra sauce packets, and were super sweet to me after a hard day. Thank you ❤️

I waited in line tonight from 11:46pm until 11:54pm for the lady to jump on through mic and say they were close although I just heard her tell the car on the other side that she would be right with them. The store closing hours says 12pm so what gives your employees authority to close when they get good and ready

i never write reviews but this experience was highly disappointing and definitely one of the worst locations ive been to, i really hope this reaches someone. me and my boyfriend ordered through the mobile app. we got an oreo shamrock mcflurry with fudge, a shamrock shake, an orange juice, and fries. the woman at the drive through was incredibly rude. first of all she basically shoved the fries and mcflurry at my boyfriend and quickly said “have a nice day” and right before she shut the window my boyfriend had to ask for the shake. she did the exact same thing again, shoved the shake at my boyfriend. he had to stop her to ask for straws. one straw. no spoon. my boyfriend and i were already annoyed so we waited until we made it to a store down the road to eat. i offered him the one straw to eat his mcflurry and turns out thats not even what it was. it was just a sundae. so we went back up there asking for the right thing and they gave us a shitty shamrock mcflurry without the fudge he paid extra for and at that point we were just done. please go to any other mcdonalds.

Staff was super friendly including Natasha who took my order and whoever her co-worker was that dropped it off. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Dining room. Could have used a little refresher but it looked like they were short-staffed today and in those circumstances they were doing a really great job of taking care of the customers and putting the customer first.

Let me start with the Dining area, which was spotless! Not one fry or piece of straw paper, left on of any of the tables;
The floor, was also GREASE LESS, clean, easy and SAFE TO WALK ON! (I’m Lovin’ it)
The customized food items I ordered, were made perfectly, to the “T”.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, with no one yelling to communicate, behind the counter; employees are very proficient, courteous, friendly, respectful, and handle themselves with professional standards.
My experience at this location today has been out of this world, and VERY MUCH WORTH MENTIONING.
Props to the staff & management at this location, and Thank you for making my experience today, a VERY PLEASANT EVENT.

Management needs to emphasize the importance of friendly and courteous customer service by having employees say thank you. With prices rising the least they could do is say thank you or you’re welcome when waiting on customers. We are the reason they have a job. Am I wrong or are manners thing of the past.
