McDonald’s isn’t my go-to fast food restaurant, but I needed to feed a kid quickly the other day, and this was a nearby location for an inexpensive snack meal.
I will say that the setup here reminds me a little of Chick-fil-A. There aren’t people helping you at the drive thru, but there are two lanes to expedite service. It’s not as fast as Chick-fil-A, but I felt that it somewhat helped to speed things along.
That’s all I really have to offer. If you have ever eaten at a McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting. I will say, though, that the overall appearance of the chicken sandwich also reminds me of Chick-fil-A. It certainly isn’t the same quality, but it’s an affordable alternative if you’re in a hurry!

SORRY ABOUT THE RANT…..
I took the kids out today 3,5,9 and 14, my husband and my mother. They wanted to go to McDonalds because it is the only one with a playplace and everywhere we tried to go for lunch today had a 1h+ long wait. One of the children is special needs and does not do well with waiting. I placed my order at 12:49… waited… waited… waited and at 1:20 went up to the counter. A young man looked at my receipt and walked away. 10 more minutes pass. I walk up to the counter again.. 2 people looked at me and chose to ignore me standing there, including the manager. I slapped my hand on the takeout counter to get anyones attention. And asked when we would be getting our food(my tone said it all), at this point it was over 30min and our little one was starting to loose it. She kept walking up to random people trying to take their food not understanding why she hasnt gotten hers yet and just kept screaming “sharing”. She then threw herself on the floor and continued to scream. At 1:39 our food finally appeared at the counter.. and no drinks.. to say I was livid at this point is an understatement. They cleared our order off the timer and printed the recepit but no one was working on our order. Another customer in the lobby said I made an ass of myself and called me a Karen. I dont think I was unreasonable given the circumstances. I will never go back to the McDonalds 4264 Washington road Evans, Ga.
Poor service! All they had to say for themselves is that they were short…..then put up a sign, say sorry and mean it. Snotty employees because I was upset for waiting so long. Any parent with small children and special needs could tell you. When your kids get anxious, it make you anxious too.

I always enjoy this location. My kids love the playground area. Nikeria is amazing! Always has a smile on her face and willing to help with anything needed. The customer service here is great.

Every single time I go to the McDonald’s there are issues. It is definitely the worst McDonald’s in the Evans Augusta, Georgia area The last couple times I have gone they literally tell me to pull up through the drive-through. They are trying to to pretend like their drive-through times are fast but all they’re doing is pulling people forward. They have no idea what orders are handing out when they do this and the last two times I have been forgotten about. I’ve had to go inside because they were never gonna come back outside. Last night at this particular location on the 18th I went back in to get my order because they forgot to bring it to me and then forgot a sandwich inside my order. When I told them they forgot they had an attitude about it, threw the sandwich in a bag and threw it on the counter and walked away. The manager there last night had no control of her staff. There were so many workers in there, but nobody was working in sync with each other. It was a chaotic mess. I work in customer service so I don’t normally like to complain because I know things happen but this is on a regular at this location

It’s usually at least 99% clean at all times. Came in at 7pm, and the play area was open, with the heat on. Which is fantastic. A lot of people get frustrated trying to get someone to come to the front, but everyone I see is nice and working hard. I’ve had no bad experiences here.

I stop here about 3 times a week, but every single time I need to get my ice coffee remade. I know they CAN do it right which is one of the only reasons I still dine here. The managers are great as well as all the customer facing employees but there’s something about whoever makes the mccafé drinks, they either hate their job or people in general. It is absolutely infuriating that when you go to the drive thru you still have to go inside to get your drink remade due to it tasting putrid. Again I know that they CAN make the iced coffee correctly, they just DON’T. its a waste of everyone’s time and the restaurant resources to have to make drinks over knowing it could have been good the first time.

The children’s playground was very dirty. It hadn’t been cleaned for a while because there was so much dust and hair on the edges. I hope you pay more attention to this, please. Don’t they do health inspections? Please take care of the park’s hygiene. This is the first time I’ve left a children’s playground so disappointed. My son’s nuggets tasted like they were refried and had a hard crust. The staff could use a little more friendliness; the person who delivered my food seemed forced to work there.
