Used my mobile app to order and went through the drive-through. Everything went well through the drive-through. She had most of my order ready. The only thing she made was my coffee. A large coffee with seven Splendas. Got on the interstate and noticed my coffee had creamer in it and no Splenda. The receipt and the sticker on the cup say ADD 7 Splenda! How do you screw that up?

I was so happy we started getting places to eat on red bud road side. But this location is just useless. No one at the speakers but me but when I pull around there’s 2 cars in the pull ahead, 2 cars in the drive thru spots, and a car at both windows? I mean what do yall even have ready? Then I’m told to pull to a spot once one opens up. I live 5 minutes from this location. If I had to wait for my food, why did I get home with literally everything cold? Wrong sauces in the bag which I guess is on me for expecting them to at least be able to match it to the receipt. And all this before we even mention employee attitudes. When the 53 location started going downhill I was pumped for the red bud rd location. Then I saw it was the same owners and shouldn’t be surprised the experience is the same. How many bad reviews until new management steps in, damn.

Went to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Got home, opened biscuit. No egg, biscuit tore up and looked at receipt it charged me 3.99 for sandwich, an extra 0.89 for cheese and no egg with a tore up biscuit. This is like the 4th time we had bad service and bad food.

Husband went to grab food. Tried giving this location another shot, the past 2 visits were long and wrong.
This time the drive thru lady rang up multiple car orders wrong. Everyone paid for other people’s meals. They then made him pull up without fixing it and clarifying then gave him wrong food once everything was sorted out. No sauces burned food. The receipt was correct everything in bag was wrong. The management needs to get it together. Runtimes are long orders are wrong food is burned and from the looks of the food they serve I’m sure it must be over the actual hold times . Coming from a former fast food shift lead this is unacceptable. Nobody in this location know what they are doing or seems to care . This location honestly just needs to replace management and re train the ENTIRE store . Contacted corporate because this is just a joke

if i could leave 0 stars, i absolutely would. i placed a mobile order at 9:40 pm (this place closes at 11 mind you) right before getting off of work, i got off around 9:50 and drove to this mcdonalds. i go inside and it is no later than 10:00–10:05, there are people sitting and eating in the lobby, but my food isn’t on the pick up rack. the lady at the front us immediately telling me they’re closed, so i tell her i have a pick up order and show her my phone/receipt. she argues with me for a minute that they havent gotten a pick up order, they havent prepared anything, WHILE im showing her my screen with THIS location and my order for indoor pickup. then she does something on her computer (presumably canceling my order), and i get an email saying my order was canceled and refunded ???? every time ive been here, the workers are incredibly rude, trashy, and overall unorofessional/unhelpful, but this was really the last straw for me. i gave this location many chances, even after they’d forgotten my food, given me wrong food, etc, because it’s so close to my house, but i think the extra gas money is worth it to go to the one on 53 for far better service.

I have given this location so many tries, but after my 8th time coming here with every single experience being horrible, a review this low is deserved. I have never once received a correct order, or an order where my food is fresh. Very few workers have a good attitude/act like they know what they’re doing. I know this place is new, but it is truly terrible. I have worked in fast food and the food industry for years. It’s truly not that hard.

I pulled up and the drive-thru was empty, so I expected faster service this time — especially since my last visit took almost 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my fries were cold and broken into pieces, and I ordered a strawberry shake but received a strawberry banana smoothie instead. I really love this location, but the service has been consistently disappointing. I’ll be going to the one 12 minutes away from now on.
