I ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, and this is what I got. It’s completely burned, so much so I had to throw it out. How did this even go out to be sold to a customer? I get that McDonald’s is cheap, but it at least needs to be edible. It was not the first time I’ve had an issue. Usually, the biscuit are stale, or the patties feel like they have been refried 5 times or dehydrated to the point they’re jerky, but this was just ridiculous, you can blatantly see it’s burnt!

If I could give a ZERO, I would. We ordered our food and go to get ice. NO ICE in the machine . As we are waiting 3 drive thru orders come back in WRONG!. We finally get our food. Nasty fries, which is typical McDonald’s it seems . This particular McDonald’s has to be the NASTIEST I’ve ever been too. Dirty tables, trash can overflowing in bathroom, trash swept into corner in dining area. Flies in the windows & a couple gnats flying around. Glad we’re passing through as I would NEVER come back to this location.

It’s McDonald’s. I got the fish and fry’s. It’s basically my only option since I’m pescatarian. Fries were hot and fresh fish the same. I feel the filet has shrunk from the past but that seems to be everything everywhere so not the locations fault. I used the mobile app so my meal was only $5, I suggest utilizing apps when going out.

It’s better than the one in Commerce. The service is hit and miss, but the food is almost always decent for a McDonald’s. Today my food wasn’t great, but it was edible.

it’s McDonald’s same atmosphere and food each time it’s like deja vu. . They got my order wrong instead of just fixing our order 4 people that work there that’s including the manager. wants to stand in the Drive-Thru window arguing about my order fussing about it in arguing about my order I spent $28 on two value meal’s for $28 they should have just fix my order but want to argue about it and made me late for my doctor’s appointment I will never eat at this establishment again!!!!!!

Placed an order on the app at 645am, which was processed. Arrived a few minutes later and drive thru was coned off. Went inside and was told by an employee that they weren’t open due to not enough staff. I asked her to cancel my order. She told me to do it on the app. I pointed out that according to the app “Help” you can’t cancel an order. She snapped and said people due it all the time. Employee had terrible attitude and lies on top of unfamiliar with what you can do on the app. Why does app accept orders on location of not open?

Visiting from out of town, kids wanted breakfast so we stopped at McDonalds. Should have kept driving, ordered nothing special made, nothing confusing. Got food, pulled to parking spot, missing half my order. Have receipt the whole time out. Lady at window gives me the rest of the food. Pull forward to parking spot, went to hand out food and realized they messed up on the items that were just missing. HAD TO DRIVE AROUND A THIRD TIME!!!!????? Why Jefferson McDonald’s? I get that mistakes happen, but seriously?? It should not take 3 times to get a simple order. Order of hotcakes, a sausage biscuit, a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a pie. Seemed to have plenty of staff to not be an excuse.

Decent place to grab a snack when you’re driving down the highway. Restrooms not too clean, but acceptable. Service for mobile orders is a bit slow, but acceptable. Most importantly is that you can quickly get back on the road.
