I went in and spent 36 dollars on everything that my kids (4) wanted. The dude was super nice, I didn’t get his name. But my SIX burgers didn’t have the double patty nor the extra onions on them !! The 30 nuggets I ordered were great but the 3 medium fry and 2 large fry weren’t even done. (The kids said they had a horrible after taste) I went in tonight asking the manager if they were out of onions, he responded with we’re never out of onions. So I said I needed a burger with extra onions. Meanwhile the other order was 3 McDoubles and a mcchicken. Small fry. We got 1 PLAIN burger, and a plain McDouble. Nothing close to 4 sandwiches!! These KIDS don’t give a crap that we’re spending our hard earned money on bullshit they are throwing out the window. Yes we told them and they then gave me a cheeseburger!! Do better aj and Corey. !! McDonald’s in Jefferson needs a wake up call because yall used to be better !!!

This evening, I placed an order for 4 Large Double Quarter Pounder Meals on Uber Eats. After my order was delivered, my children and I muttered a prayer as we opened the bags. Nothing was missing from the order. The meals were warm and fresh. The drinks had just the right amount of ice! Everyone is happy and satisfied! Thank you! I will not patronize Athens area eateries anymore.

They let me sit it the drive-thru for about 10 minutes not once did they say a word even though I was saying hello and everything was on and they wer clearly opened this is about 1:30 in the morning. it seems like night crew is never working they frequently act like they’re not open and they will usually turn off the lights after sombody sits there for a minute and hide inside and in their cars, but this time they didn’t do that and as I drove away I saw one dude in the window still with the mic on his head pointing at me and laughing, the fact that it was a joke to them that they weren’t providing service during open hours had me fumeing.

This McDonald’s is impossible to get through the drive thru in a reasonable time. I’ve been sitting here for probably over 20 minutes now the line just doesn’t move. I was also at the second speaker waiting and they took two other cars orders who came after me at the first speaker.

They had a whole bunch of sealed orders at the pickup counter and only one had a receipt on them. The lobby was packed full of people and we had literally only ordered 3 frozen drinks. And ordered about 20-25 mins before we even showed up. My app said the order wasn’t ready but the screen at the counter said it was, but every time I went up to the counter there were no new orders up there, just the ones without a receipt. Everyone was getting mad and trying to feel the outside of the bags to see if it was theirs without opening the seal, but they couldn’t. No one came to the counter except for about 3 times for like 5 seconds each time the whole 45 minutes we were waiting in the lobby. Someone in there said they had already been waiting about 30 minutes before we got there and was still there waiting when we left. I understand being busy but having customers waiting for over an hour when there are full bags of completed orders sitting on the shelf BEHIND the counter? That’s crazy. We ended up saying whatever with the 7 dollars and left without our drinks and went to speedway to get slushies. This was not a pleasant trip at all.

This McDonald’s location provided a subpar experience. We ordered and paid using the screen near the door but didn’t receive a receipt. The staff member instructed us that he would bring our order to the table after we provided our order number. Upon reviewing our credit card statement, we confirmed the payment had been processed. When we inquired about our order, the staff member seemed hesitant to consult his manager. After my husband requested to speak with the manager, the manager appeared and inquired about payment. Despite our assurance that we had paid, the manager’s records indicated otherwise, which conflicted with the order number provided. The disorganization at this location was evident, and the unclean bathroom condition further detracted from our experience. Regrettably, this location ranks as the worst McDonald’s we’ve visited.

we spent 25 minutes in curbside pickup so i go in and tell them hey if you have my burger then just give it to me , they sent my burger out to the car where my grandma was parked and it was not what i ordered and everything in the bag was ice cold. you guys can’t even make a plain burger you slapped every onion you had in the store on my plain burger , my grandma said hers was the worst cheeseburger she ever had. you guys suck REALLLY BAD, i have honestly never had a worse experience at any McDonalds.

Didn’t get cups for order, so I walked behind counter myself to get cups for my family since no one working counter.
No indoor kiosks working. Looking at other reviews, the owner of this place must totally not care. Should’ve drove a little further to the McDonalds on 124 which is one of best in state.

Meh, Burgers i got were kinda dry, pickles only on a half if them & it was extra pickles so i had like 6 pickles on one side 0 on the other half, order also took alot longer then expected it to be, nuggets were fine, and wasnt really a friendly vibe in my opnion. if you want cheap ok food then go here ig. its super slow but still took a while for my order, burgers were definently sitting for a bit since they were dry. fiancee said chicken sandwiches were ok.

This was horrible I was sitting in the curbside parking for 30 minutes! For a single mcflurry so I decided to go inside to see the store filled with people some of the kiosk down and no one working at the register. they didn’t even know who’s orders were who’s. I asked a worker about my curbside order the worker asked what we ordered what seemed really unprofessional since I’m guessing they had lost our order in their system or cancelled it out. I simply told her we ordered a mcflurry and she said she couldn’t make one but she said she could make me a milkshake I appreciate the milkshake but it’s unprofessional to not have orders together and not coming out to our car and telling us that they can’t make mcflurrys. I will not be coming back
