Rude lady working at 4am. I get it. We’re all just trying to get through the morning. But you could at least be pleasant about it? I’m on my way to work too like I totally understand but there is no reason for you to be slow at your job when no one but me is in line and also rude. Grow up.

The hours say come in until 11pm, the doors are closed…. The Drive thru line is packed been in line for 30 minutes witing for a Door Dash order… this place is very bad please close this McDonalds. Bad management.

I ordered a small sandwich for $5.18 — just the sandwich, nothing extra. And yet, they couldn’t even be bothered to put a full slice of cheese on it. Seriously disappointing.

I placed an order at 5:07 and then was asked to pull into a spot and someone would bring my food. An employee came out with orders that were not mine. She went back in and came back with more bags that still weren’t mine. After 20 minutes I got back into the drive through line and explained what had happened. Manager apologized and I was frustrated but I understand things like this happen. They asked me to park in the spot again to get the food brought out to me and AGAIN they bring me the wrong order completely. After I had now been there for 30 minutes. I took the final (wrong) order that I was given and left very frustrated. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

Update a year later: This location is ok during the day but consistently their night crew is not great. We have the most problems with our order at night. Recently we did an order and one of our hamburgers was the most thrown together thing I’ve ever seen. Pictures below.
I’m only giving this place a 2 star because sometimes we get decent food there. But a couple of times now they have been unable or unwilling to fill our mobile order. Tonight they told us they were only taking orders from food apps like Door Dash. We had already placed our order in their app and they just told us to cancel it. The excuse sounded like their system was already shut down like maybe they were closing early which is annoying since they should be 24hrs. The app specifically says they can’t cancel. You always have to go to customer service to get things fixed. If they can process orders from food apps, they should be able to do that for their app and if their system isn’t working the app shouldn’t let you order.

I went to McDonald’s with my daughter after school and ordered the Collector’s Meal with a 10pc Chicken Nuggets Meal. We ordered Coke as our drink, but it tasted flat. Some of the chicken nuggets seemed undercooked. Although the place wasn’t busy when we arrived, the surrounding tables were dirty. It seems like this location could use some improvement.

Sometimes they do make mistakes (who doesn’t?). Last time, I think their system was acting up because the app wasn’t really working and the kiosks were being weird, so not their fault. But despite that everyone is always very kind and polite and they make we’re making it up to not just me, but others in the store as well. The employees I have encountered there are wonderful and polite. I see no problems if you don’t give them problems. We can all help each other out.
I will ALWAYS go to this one than the one by Mall of GA, or the one by Harbor Freight.

I used the drive thru to get my food after I ordered using mobile app. The person working the shift was slow. Took more than 20 mins to give me my food. When I got it and came home, it was missing chicken nuggets but more importantly the food was not properly wrapped. The burger just dropped out and the container holding the french fries was torn. One of the burger looked like it was ripped by someone.
Most terrifying mcdonalds experience for sure.

I wish I could give this McDonalds a zero rating but it won’t allow me to. The Drive thru is very bad so many people have been in line for hours waiting to be served, the store says the doors should be open for walk ins but the door is closed only Drive thru. I hated my experience here, please management do something about this.
