I did a mobile breakfast order and went inside to get my food. The staff was quick and friendly. As I’m eating my hashbrown I see there is a huge hair in it and can’t be mines. I reached out to customer service and was informed on 2 platforms someone from this location would be in touch. Its been 6 days and still nothing. Just simple acknowledgement goes along way and I was disgusted. The lack of concern from management is the biggest problem. Acknowledging your customers concerns is like 50% of the job especially for management. Not surprising, just disappointing.

The service here is below acceptable. Bottom line don’t sell items that are not available. And definitely do not charge customers for it and then act like it’s their fault for wanting the extra money paid for the item that you knew wasn’t available! Simple I will not pay for something that I didn’t receive!!

Most of the time the good outweighs the bad,
But when you do five bad things and one good thing there is no way to balance that ratio.
I have encountered multiple problems with this location,
And today Monday March 8th at 5: 10am when it was supposed to be open, one of two things happened:
Either no one was there,
Or no one cared.
Whichever is the case, it makes the business look bad and it makes people who spend money to ensure that you have a job not want to come back.
As a consumer if you’re reading this, I would not waste my time here as there are other restaurants in the area that will be more than happy to fulfill your needs.
Also the operation time according to Google is incorrect.

Whatever you do don’t stop at this location of McDonald’s. I could go on and on about my experience. Me and my wife walked over 2 or 3 miles both ways later at night for a quick meal. Google says dine in open 24 hours, drive thru 24 hours. False. Doors were locked and even after we walked all the way there and waited outside for some sign of business the worker came out for a walk out drive thru order and completely disregarded us. And we walked all the way back to the hotel to get our car. Came back ordered through the drive thru. Were asked at the first window if we had 2 dollars to make payment even. Said no. Window was slammed in our face with an attitude. Got to second window. Asked. If Google and signs were correct. Got told they basically “make their own rules” before they decided to keep engaging with our facts, questions and irritation. They yet again slammed the window. We decided to cut it and go back to our room. To discover we were in the end even shorted a whole sandwich. Condiments that came on sandwich per original weren’t even there. Overall they should just shut this location down or cut pay. Something needs to be done. Terrible experience. Do not come here

The WORST McDonalds I’ve been to. The staff is super rude and unapproachable. I order a chicken sandwich burger, and they gave me the burger with only the patty inside. No sauce. No lettuce. No tomatoes. Nothing. These workers inside needs to be replaced. They don’t belong to service industry. They have no etiquettes, no civil sense. Please stay hungry but don’t visit this outlet.

Order taker in drive thru was rude. Flipped receipt out as if we were a bother. We ordered a fish sandwich meal and a Carmel frappe. Food was hot, drink arrived with no straw. No frappe server said they be right out with it. Waited about 8 minutes and went inside to find out where it was. Inside was chaos with customers waiting , food orders wrong when I finally got a server’s attention and showed him my receipt for frappe. He never said he get it, I finally asked for a straw and never received my frappe. This location needs experienced managers and staff with customer service attitudes and people who give a care that you spend money at this location and should expect to receive your order in a timely manner. Will never go back

I’m normally not one to complain when it comes to fast food. I know there’s a lot of people and it’s very chaotic. However, I was waiting for over 15 minutes for my curbside order. That’s not what bothered me though. They could be busy or not even have time to make it yet. Plus normally curbside orders aren’t as prioritized. What bothered me was the fact when I went inside, my food was sitting right there. I wanted to just grab it myself, but had to wait an additional five minutes for an employee to come back and ask them for my meal. I get things are chaotic, but if something’s already finished, why not bring it out? Now the iced coffee is watered down and the food is cold. Besides this one incident though, this place has been alright.

I ordered a bacon quarter pounder and they literally sent me a burger with something on it at all and the fries are cold as ice like they cooked them then let them juss sit by something cold and I tried calling but they always have they phone store going straight to voicemail

The fries had dark brown spots all over. When I returned the fries, I was the grease was old. I waited 15 minutes only to get dirty fries again. The tenders were very dark all over. I asked had they been cooked in the same old oil as the fries. I was offered a milkshake and apple pie for compensation because they couldn’t refund me in cash. The supervisor who offered those items came back out empty handed because “Lionel Brown” the general manager would not allow him to give me what was offered. I placed my order at 10:47 and left at 11:30

The drive through is not open 24 hours. When I pulled up to the speaker at 3:45 am was simply told “We’re closed.” There were employees inside, and one was having her own breakfast.
