Bruegger’s holds a special place for me, as all my family members have been eating these delicious bagels in all forms, over the decades; butter, cream cheese, egg sandwich or a combo of all.

I ordered a dozen bagels and asked that one from the dozen be taken out and put butter on it. The sign says their dozen is 13. I was charged for a dozen then a single bagel on top of the dozen. When I got home to put the bagels in ziplock bags there were only 10 in the bag, shorted 3 bagels. Essentially I just paid over $17 for 11 bagels. The staff say polite things to you but roll their eyes, talk quietly about customers, and laugh. I’m not sure how you pull off being polite and rude at the same time but they managed to do it.

2nd time I’ve been in about a week, fairly frequent customer but wouldn’t call myself a regular. I’m done. BEWARE. CHECK YOUR RECIEPT. My fault for not paying attention until I got my receipt but I order the same thing every time and today I was charged for something I didn’t get and overcharged by about 2.50 One bagel with a few strips of bacon and a slice of cheese and I was charged for an egg and upcharged for a specialty bagel. Huh? I went back to compare. Turns out I’ve been getting nickel and dimed here and there for years. .20 for butter when they never put butter on my bagel, charged for spread sometimes when again I get the same thing every time and just noticed there isn’t any consistency in the price. We’ll I wrote them and the automated response was we will do better next time. There will not be a next time I’m tired of getting nickel and dimed by somewhere I frequent quite often. I’ll just find a new spot. In today’s economy you shouldn’t be taking advantage of people. 7.00 bagel is ridiculous never again

Their breakfast bagels were amazing and just what I needed to help my day get 10x better. I would recommend the Honey Sriracha bagel, it’s the perfect combination of sweet and savory.

My absolute favorite Bruegger’s location! They are so friendly here and even remember my usual order! I will never go to another location because I always end up disappointed. It’s worth the drive. Strickland location is terrible.. I’ll only come here.

The hot chocolate was really good. Though the employee got half of my bagel wrong but it was still tasty so I’ll probably return.

Bought 6 bagels at the Bruegger’s in Wakefield. One had bacon and cheese, one had cream cheese, the rest were plain. We were charged $14. Went back in and was credited, but no receipt, so we don’t know how much. We got home and I went to eat my bagel and it’s not even cooked. It’s raw and doughy. We go to Bruegger’s all over the Raleigh area and we seem to always be overcharged at this Bruegger’s. I think we’ll start driving farther to go to a different Bruegger’s from now on.

We frequent the WForest location, but something has changed. All employees were in personal random t-shirts with the exception of one female. She was also the -only- one who was wearing her hair properly for food safety out of at least 5 employees. There was no line when I arrived, yet I waited for one of the handful of employees to take my order. As far as the bagel, this was the smallest amount of lox they’ve ever put on it. I hope this was just an off day.
