Placed a simple order via their app, a large fry and a hamburger with only ketchup for my son. Picked it up via the drive thru. Luckily my son checked the burger before we left the parking lot and found it had mustard and pickles. I ran inside to exchange it and the drive thru girl picked up the correct burger from the counter and gave it to me. She simply said she gave me the wrong one, no sorry, no apology, no my bad. In the grand scheme of life, was this a big deal, NO. But kindness is free, easy and goes a long way. A simple sorry would’ve made the whole incident forgettable but instead here I am posting about it.

Save your money. I come here occasionally as it is directly on my commute and the night crew usually does a good job but the afternoons are consistently terrible. Paid almost $10 for 10pc combo. Got an 8 nuggets and less fries than a small. This is not the first time something like this has happened, only the first time I felt compelled to leave a review.
Management needs to not stick people on the line with no training. They seemed overwhelmed by ~4 cars in line and I saw more people drive off in the 15 minutes I was there than actually get served. It is either indifference or incompetence, probably both. I understand everywhere sucks right now but for these prices this is past the point of unacceptable into insulting. Do better.

Everyone check your receipts. McDonald’s will automatically up-charge your meal. They’re now stealing from customers. If I order a number one, why would I be charged for a medium drink up-charge without anyone asking if I wanted an up-charge. Mind you it’s 10 cents more but multiply that by the millions of people that order. I was talking on the phone to my mom this morning who also experienced this at another location and told me to check my receipt. Low and behold, I was uncharged too. Way to steal from your customers. Won’t be back.

I want to give a shout-out to Michael at this McDonald’s. Every time I come in, he’s incredibly polite, friendly, and has such a positive attitude. He greets customers with a smile, is patient when things get busy, and never seems annoyed or rushed. It really makes a difference and brightens my day. McDonald’s is lucky to have him!

They gave me cheeseburger with onion I ask for no onions , the employees have horrible communication skills with each other need to do better , my husband went back up there to get the correct burger and waiting over 10 minutes just for employee to ask again what do you need then he repeat himself to ask for the correct cheeseburger without onions before he answer to employee when he pull up he tried to give someone else order when they already knew ahead of time he just need one correct cheeseburger.

I arrived and opened doors and to see the wonderful decor everything tropical. This establishment was paying tribute to Hawaii because of the LILO and Stich Movie. They had a photo taking area as well. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I will go back and take pics. My food was good and hot

Sad to post this but this used to be my favorite McDonald’s until I ordered breakfast and found hair all in my food! Totally unacceptable! Especially if you are supposed to have masks on for covid already and where are the hairnets! The manager of course apologized and offered a refund and exchange but it only takes one time to ruin a location. McDonald’s do better. SMH. UPDATE! 2nd pic shows this location is still trash! Ordered a DOUBLE steak Biscuit sandwich on the app- which means all you have to do is read- but they still managed to eff that up..
