As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Store #6312 is the one to go to. First time I ever had Checkers was at this one and I’ve been spoiled since. I try not to eat fast food at all but this is my place to go if I do. The ladies there are just the sweetest. Food is always delicious and correct. I’ve tried two other stores in different areas but I’ll drive out of my way for this one in particular. If my last meal had to be fast food. This is my spot.

Not impressed with the lanky dude with glasses working tonight (Fri, Jan 16th, 2026 – 8pm)
We pulled up, he aggressively waved us up to the window, asked who we were, slammed the window and went to get our mobile order. He didn’t speak a word to us the entire time AND he forgot one of our drinks. I had to wave him down to get our extra drink.
Hire better people. That guy needs to be fired.

Ordered on the app, ended up getting our food almost 30 minutes later. It hadn’t been made or anything. It took them forever to even notice we were standing outside the window. They were making drive thru orders first, when we had ordered before them, the people in the drive thru got their food before we did. I also ordered a large loaded fry and received the regular sized one. Talk about a scam for my money, not only that, there was barely any toppings on it at all, barely any cheese. I should have just got regular fries at that point.

The woman at the drive through was warm, pleasant, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and quick with our food. ♥️ We’ll definitely return. I withheld one star solely due to the BBQ burger. I won’t get it again. Otherwise, loved the experience. Thanks, Checkers Friends!

It’s been over 6 months since I ‘ve been here, because every time I make a lunch stop I get a cold hamburger ,please take a minute an warm the heal of the sandwich up 1st while preparing the top , cuts down time when you got a lot of customers in this case the drive thru wasn’t busy nar was the window. Glad I did get some decent fresh Sandwich look pretty sloppy.

If I could give it NO stars, I would!!! I ordered a Big Buford and Classic Mother Cruncher chicken sandwich. This is what they gave me. I politely returned with the sandwich and told them I think it’s burnt. Can I please have a new one. The lady working snatched it out of my hand and told me that’s how it comes it’s not burnt. Then I asked if I could just get a refund. It’s my last $5, and I’m hungry. I was rudely told I ordered online that I needed to go online to deal with it. Excuse me, but you aren’t gonna piss on me and tell me it’s raining. I rarely order from them. They are close to my work. I was on a budget, and like I mentioned, hungry. Now I’m out $5 hungry and mad! Thanks Checkers you really know customer service!

This is not the first time. Paid $16. For dried up Burnt Mozz sticks and bottom of the oil Half an inch dried burnt fries. Middle of the day. Unacceptable. All they want to do is compensate me $5. Food was not edible. Waiting for a call back for a full refund.
