This location is privately owned and it shows. Cutting all the corners. The one further down Roswell road is much better, I will avoid this one going forward.

Mcdonald’s if you see this … GIVE ISSA A RAISE! He is so nice and attentive. He always has great energy and I come at night so it’s during the late shifts. I genuinely appreciate people like him who treat you with respect and kindness.. it makes the food taste better. Super important to acknowledge and recognize employees like him. There was a manager also here, a girl, I didn’t get her name but she had great energy as well. Anyways, live laugh love mcdonald’s <3

Wow, what a pathetic display of guest service shown by the team at this store. The manager (?) got loud, condescending and rude to a guest for no real reason from what I heard. All of the bickering was over a cherry pie and an Egg McGriddle.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came to the location 6:30am. Sat at drive thru for 5 minutes no one said anything so I went in no one said anything finally the lady with dreads came and said I order at the sign. Decided just to do thru app and waited 10 more minutes in drive thru again. Cook at home before coming her 20 plus min for McDonald’s and horrible service. Not worth it I will never be back

Just left this location stop there before going to work. I wanted a steak, egg & cheese bagel. Here’s what I got… Now even if I kept this breakfast sandwich it still wouldn’t be satisfying because they put only a half ah piece of bacon on top of the folded egg. And yet they charged me $9.68 for the meal!
I’m totally disgusted and hungry too far to turn around to fix it or I’ll be late for work. Soooo upset rt now!

Shouldn’t have pulled forward. Watched them serve like 5 other people and they forgot about me. Had to back up to the window when they served everyone else and they finally gave me my food.
Update: The food was also not up to McDonald’s standard which I put pretty low to begin with. Didn’t taste like normal McDonald’s, they definitely covered it in salt or something to spite me. Had to throw it out.

I spent 10 minutes in the drive thru, 6 of which were me waiting at the pay window. The dude gave me a thumbs up after confirming the door I made was mine and then shut the window without asking me to pay. He just started working on the other orders in the drive thru which was getting full since I wasnt going anywhere. He never acknowledged me either, he was looking for some other car but its like im right here and ready to pay im holding up the line man. I was now late for work so I had to drive off

I ordered through drive thru tonight. They asked me to pull up and wait for my double fish meal as if it was being cooked fresh. After a few minutes they come out and brought my food , after checking my bag my fish sandwich wasn’t a double fish, so I went inside to get the food corrected. Later on a young man comes back with my meal and apologizes okay fine! After getting home I bite into the sandwich and when I tell you the fish was so hard as if it had been cooked during lunch time! I tried calling up there and the number isn’t the correct number for the store smh. This right here don’t make any since we pay too much money to get a dried out old fish sandwich and fries that was barely warm to the touch. Y’all really need to do better!! $18 wasted!!

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited in the drive-thru for what felt like an eternity. It wasn’t…..but it felt like it. And by the time we got there, they still almost got the order wrong. And every time the window open, we heard them arguing in there.
