Made mobile order and when I got home I took a bite of a raw hamburger. Split in half and opened up and the entire patty was raw. McDonald’s corporate said it wasn’t their responsibility and on franchise.

I came into this location and for someone who being in food service for 12 years I never seen this in my life. All of the workers wasn’t wearing no gloves touching their faces, rubbing their noses,I was so applaud. My son told me don’t worry about it but was the one who pointed it out to me. I don’t care if the food is prepared or not don’t rub you’re nose with your hands while packaging people food. I comforted the manager and she said they have a 100 score I don’t care what you have that’s unsanitary for your workers to be touching orders and touching their body parts. I will not be back.

The owner of this McDonald’s must have it as a tax write off. It is consistently horrible. The food, the restaurant itself and most of all the service. The Mexican ladies clearly hate working there and the customers. I speak Spanish. I can understand what they are saying about us customers and it is not nice. I quit eating here a while back but now I will never even pick up an Uber order there. That’s how bad it is and I also think they leave all Uber orders until they finished every other order no matter when they came in. Those folks at the McDonald’s by the mall are always nice and friendly. I’ll only go there now

The 2c quarter pounder deluxe is really good, light mayo. Lunch is their best meal. If you get there at 10:30am the burgers are fresh and hot. Recommend getting the fries with no salt and add your own. Fries are way too salty.

Waited twenty minutes to be helped after ordering through the app for pickup. Still not an employee in sight. I’m tired of giving McDonald’s a second chance to treat their employees well and fully staff their open locations.

Yesterday (6/14/22) i ordered an egg and cheese mcgriddle, not only did they make me wait 20 minutes for my food, they gave me a chicken Mcgriddle which isnt even a menu item. Then today (6/15/22) i gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered another egg and cheese mcgriddle only for them to give me a receipt that said “2 McGriddle American Cheese Only.” I only received 1 Mcgriddle and it only had cheese. I went inside to have them change my order which they gave me the correct item but they did not give me my receipt back.

Decent drive thru. I use the app to get through quicker. The food was decent but the fries were barely warm. The fires have to crisp and hot! The woman in window was super friendly. I will be back.

I was picking up an order for Uber Eats and proceeded to the drive thru at 9:58, only to have the doors locked and a woman gesturing me to the drive thru. I then notice the lobby hours were until 11. So I proceeded to the slowly moving drive thru around to the first window, told the clerk I had an Uber order and could I also get a large water, she informed me I would have to pay and that was fine but then suggested I get a medium because it’s free. I took the suggestion and was told to just ask for it at the next window. So after receiving the Uber order, I then asked for the medium water as I was told by the previous person. As the woman at the window was making my water, the same woman who gestured me to the drive thru told her “ next time say no”. Just because Im working and picking up an order, I definitely feel as though I deserve the same courtesy and respect as any other customer of McDonald’s. The crazy thing is, I was willing to even pay for what I asked for and was OFFERED a free option and then to hear from someone works there to refuse someone asking for a water. DISGUSTING!

Everytime I come through, my order is wrong or it’s not ready. They have me pull away to wait and forget I’m out there and then I get cold food. The management staff is rude even with the other associates, they belittle and berate the staff in front of customers. Not a good look. McDonald’s, do better.
