This is by far the strangest McDonald’s you’ll ever encounter. From the locked bathrooms to the rude customer service, the experience was just off.
They actually told me they couldn’t cut a burger in half in the back — but offered to give me a butter knife instead. That pretty much sums it up.
If you can, go to the McDonald’s five minutes up the road. Completely different vibe and much better service.
Trust me — something is just weird about this location.

I went inside and needed to use the restroom urgently. I planned to pay for a drink after but when I asked to use the restroom first, the employees ignored me and then one employee asked if I was gonna buy something and I said yes after I use the restroom and he rolled his eyes at me and ignored me. I had to ask multiple times and got ignored. Why would I buy a drink first when I really had to go?? I left immediately and went to use the restroom at chick fil a instead and bought something there. I should have gone there originally because they are much kinder. Never going back to this location.

This is a new low even for McDonald’s. I ordered from the table and my order never came. I went to the counter and after having to ask repeatedly about my order. A manager came with my receipt and ask if it was for my order. I said yes she went and fill it and brought it to the counter and gave it to me. I ask her what happened I was waiting at the table. She them tells me she could give me a refund. Wow. How rude. She then walked away from me speaking Spanish complaining to her coworkers. She didn’t know I could speak Spanish. It wasn’t even a busy time. How is she a manager?

This McDonald’s runs like your typical McDonald’s — orders come out right, drive-thru moves smoothly, and the staff usually keeps things moving. No complaints there.
The only thing to be aware of is the environment around the building. There’s a pretty heavy homeless presence in this area, so you’ll often see people sitting on the patio, inside the dining area, or hanging around the outside. Because of that, the surroundings can look a bit messy at times.
It’s not really the restaurant’s fault, but it does affect the overall atmosphere. If you’re just grabbing food through the drive-thru, it’s perfectly fine. If you’re planning to dine in, just know what to expect.

A quick and easy spot to stop for a meal or just a bite. We stopped in for lunch and were met with friendly staff and a clean dining room. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich for the first time and wasn’t the biggest fan. But that’s just my preference and everything else was great.

Guy up front wouldn’t allow me to use the restroom bc I wasn’t a customer (gig working/delivery driving) so I asked a girl who was clearly a customer to ask for the code—guy still wouldn’t allow use of the restroom! Why be so nasty over a rr? The service at McDs is usually pretty good but this was just RUDE and unnecessary

I arrived at the restaurant at 10:22 AM and waited in line until approximately 10:28 AM. When I reached the counter, I was informed that my order had been canceled because breakfast was over and they switched over to lunch. However, the cancellation was not reflected in my app, and at the time of writing this review, the order still does not show as canceled or refunded.
I am confused as to why my order would be canceled, especially since breakfast service does not end until 10:30 AM. This situation was particularly frustrating, as I had to get out of bed and drive to the restaurant to pick up this order while currently pregnant, only to be told it was canceled and that I would have to wait for my refund to be processed.
This experience was a significant inconvenience and very disappointing

Today I was rudely rushed through my order and continually cut off while trying to order. Upon reaching the payment window i was not greeted. Additionally i asked for fresh food. As you can see with this apple pie it wasn’t even Edible. The nuggets were cooked in old oil and the fries were not fresh. This is the 6 time I’ve had problems with this location. Another visit i was provided with the incorrect order and instead of taking it back i hate the hard sausage biscuit i did not order and it broke my tooth. This location needs to do better. 6 visits 1 positive experience.

This might be the worst McDonald’s in the Buckhead/Brookhaven area. Tonight I walked into the store and there were trash bags by the door. A stream of dirty water across the floor. I’ve included pictures in this review.
The tables are dirty with crumbs all over there are flies in here. The staff seems rushed and a bit rude.
I recommend the owner invest time in more training and quality control.

Now first I want to say the reason why I gave the food and service 5 stars because they are their 5 stars, It’s really hard to mess up customer service and food when it comes to fast food. So that’s not the issue the issue is the environment and the atmosphere
This place is always surrounded by homeless people, They allow homeless people to hang out in the lobby, When I walked in I saw 3 homeless people Without food Hanging around in the lobby, I saw homeless people belongings on the table and surrounding tables.
The bathroom was disgusting as you can see in the pictures there’s Is mud In the restroom stall, tissue paper and paper towels all over the bathroom
There is a electronic piece sticking out of the electric paper towel machine
This is horrifying To See Management and McDonald’s need to handle this very quickly
