As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Checkers is a burger chain located in Seffner, FL. The vibe here isn’t all that great. It looks old fashioned, but this is terribly executed with the design of the tiles. I went here through the drive thru, and it took several minutes to get to the front. The staff here is just alright, and the speaker is faulty.
The food here can go either ways. The fries were good, the burger was okay, but the chicken had too little meat. There was some empty space between the breading and chicken. Overall, I don’t recommend Checkers.

I love checkers but I do not recommend going to the one in the MLK they are rude. Me and my family went here today to get food and we have a trailer we were only going to take five minutes to orders our food we didn’t even get off yet and the staff is already telling us to move because we were blocking parking spots. I understand that we were but we weren’t going to take long. The location in Brandon are more kinder I prefer going there than here

I have had multiple terrible experiences with the skinny women who works there in the evenings. I hope for the branch’s sake she is not the manager but that seems to be the case. I have gotten scoffed at for asking for a receipt, gotten multiple drinks that have no syrup/just seltzer, I even gotten a burger that was medium rare once- at a fast food joint ! The final straw tonight was waiting at an intercom for 20 minutes just to be told it is broken and I have to “PULL UP” because it is easier to scream at each car instead of putting a sign like they did for them supposedly doing away with ice cream. Every negative experience starts and ends with that lady and I wish I could add a name but she never had on a name tag. Very convenient. They need to send in a corporate auditor or the franchise owner needs to sit in for a few nights. Some kind of covert action is needed to root out this problem because there is no way they act like that around superiors.

These are nowhere close to what checkers/Rally’s show as their burgers and fish sandwiches are supposed to look like and the amount of actual lettuce showing in the pictures of the deep sea double was after I asked them to put lettuce on the sandwich because there wasn’t any on it to be begin with. The double checker burger with cheese is just pitiful and asked for a piece of onion and the guy closed and locked the window and then refused to give me his name. Very rude and disrespectful overall service. I spent $15.84 for this meal for me and my boyfriend after a working all day and I wanted to sink my teeth into a hot delicious double checkerburger with cheese and lettuce, tomato and a slice of purple onion. When I opened the wrapper and I seen these pathetic sandwiches I called customer service to complain and they offered to send a refund for $10.00 to my email within three days although that doesn’t replace my sandwiches tonight so we’ve got to eat these pathetic sandwiches because I spent the money I had on this meal, until we get paid form working today. I’m feel so disgusted about this experience. “So I strongly suggest that if you want to get dinner out go somewhere else, do not go to the checkers on MLK and Parsons Blvd Seffner Fl 33584. !!!!!!!!!” I’m adding pictures of the sandwiches and the loaded fries I had ordered a large loaded fries and I don’t think that what is in the box is a large. “AGAIN I SUGGEST YOU GO GET DINNER SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT DINNER OUT.!!!!!”

Slow and unsanitary. Food was prepared on the dirty counter instead of on the sandwich wrapper and the service was extremely slow even though they had 4 people working. They were slow to take our order and slow to complete the order.

Ordered the chicken nugget box and fries and out of the 9 nuggets that were in the box, all I could eat were 3 of them due to them being hard as rocks, and the fries were soggy.. not to mention their shake machine was down.
The only thing that made my fries any good was the hot fudge sundae from McDonald’s!
What a great reminder of why it’s been years since I’ve been to Checkers… what a waste of money!!

Cheapest That’s a good place to eat around. And a $4 value meal can be it. It comes with a double cheeseburger, french fries, apple pie, and a small drink. Fantastic deal. Great atmosphere. Lots of fun to go too.
