Just like any McDonald’s. Because you’re dealing mainly with people, expect mood swings. If you’re looking for good service, you’ll get it at this McDonald’s but only if you’re not a regular customer. I’m not a regular customer at this location but I see how regular customers get treated. Also don’t be picky about your order then you’ll have a great experience. Every time.

Trash!! Drive thru sucks! Order was wrong, long wait time! McDonald’s in GA every location from management to customer service sucks! Ice cream machine or anything always out! But this is zero stars locations and everything sucks worst environment and experience ever. To be told to wait and pull up after 45 minutes and drive through drive thru again to get a refund a hot mess!!

I’m a dasher and the even staff doesn’t greet people, the AC must be broken because it’s hot and they have no sense of urgency for anyone- not even an upset customer who was out here waiting with me. It took 10 mins for a manager to come out. Definitely needs better structure. It does look decently clean though.

They can’t even keep track of their inside orders when there are three people in there. I waited 15 mins at a table with my table tent right in front of the counter before I asked for my food. She immediately got the food for me but I got no explanation, apology or compensation (free fries?!). Other people were waiting long as well but I know my order was forgotten completely.

Usually, I go to this McDonald’s in the morning. This particular day I went in the afternoon. I placed my order at the drive thru, and a very chipper young lady took my order. When I got to the window, a young man quoted me the wrong amount for my order. Me: Not my order, sir. Him: So, what was your order? He rung me up for that order and gave me the total. I told him that that amount was incorrect also. I explained to him that I had used the drive-thru code and that a young lady had taken my order. That’s when he snapped, saying that he didn’t know anything about that, and that’s what the total was. I again said that that was not the correct total and proceeded to call me the “n” word when I suspect that the young lady who took the order came back there to see what the commotion was about. So after a few mins passed, the manager came back to see what was going on, this young fellow still cursing and calling me the “n” word. She apologized for his behavior and said that she would talk to him. I strongly suggested that he didn’t need to be talked to, but needed to be fired. He even wanted to fight!!! I have never seen this type of behavior displayed at any McDonald’s, even in the worst of neighborhoods.

I definitely should not be eating McDonald’s cause it’s bad for anyone’s diet, but my daughter wanted some on her way to school and since it’s Friday, I obliged. Staff was friendly-especially for 7:30am. The food was okay-typical McDonald’s. Thank God for black coffee!

If they ask you to pull forward and wait in a space at the drive thru you will never get your food. 3 times I have had to walk inside and ask for my order after 20 minutes only for them to say they gave it to someone else. The management refuses to speak with customers and the people working the front don’t care at all.

Ordered at kiosk 1 large tea. Opted to pay at register. Waited 10 minutes, along with another customer, before finally asking workers for help at the register. We were totally ignored. Another 5 minutes passed before I ask for an on duty manager – still ignored- while clearly being seen by staffs waiting at register and clearly being heard. The workers seemed mad, attitudal. Not one, “We’ll be with you shortly; Sorry for the long wait.” Not even a, “Welcome to McDonalds!”Finally, a young lady walked towards the counter, talking on her cell phone. She kept walking pass. So I approached her and ask if we could have service. She kept walking, saying, hold on one second – still on her phone. Afterwards, she was the only staff to acknowledge customers standing at the register. She also serviced us, saying she was off duty. She handed me a large cup and said, “go get your tea. Its no problem.” I was thrown back by her kindness. I thanked her and filled my cup 3 times before leaving. But I will NEVER, EVER, patronize this location again – E-V-E-R!!!!

Went through the drive thru about 8 pm. Service was acceptable and courteous staff. I ordered the McDouble for the first time. Of course it’s a bit smaller than I expected, however it is a “Double burger”. The drink was not the McDonalds coke we all crave for.

Ordered my food and cancelled once i made it to the window. The manager was training a sick woman. The woman wiped her nose with her hand and reached out to grab my payment. No thank you! Ill never eat here. She was wiping her nose in front of the manager
