I got only one burger patty on my big Mac and the girl at the second window looked like she wanted to rip my face off and was dead silent when I said thank you. At least the chick at the first window was kind and friendlier. Also the wait was short despite so many cars ahead of me.

We had been since 11am driving through north georgia making stops before going back home from our road trip and had gotten off the crazy atlanta traffic not too long before. Finally were able to stop for a bathroom break at a mcdonalds. We saw they had a seasonal coffee drink and decided to order 2 peppermint mocha. I asked for a receipt since the kiosk didnt print one. Employee clearly had an attitude before talking to me. Was not friendly at all. The employee tried to give me the drinks but it looked different from what I ordered at the kiosk and I let her know. She brought out the manager who explained to me that thats what I had told them I ordered. I told him that I thought I had ordered what was shown in the picture and that I wanted that instead. They gave me what was made anyways and I was so tired and wasnt going to argue so I just took it and left. I rly wanted the peppermint drink with the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle but i felt like they didnt even bother to hear me out:(

I understand that good workers are hard to find. This has to be one of the worst customer service experience I ever had. The manager looked me straight in the eyes along with 4 other employees who were doing nothing. It was like no one wanted to work. The bathroom was extremely FILTHY. Something told me to go to Wendy’s. Let me warn you now. It’s a reason for that 2.8 rating they have

My fast food expectations are realistic let’s be clear this is a McDonald’s so I don’t expect much. However, I DO expect the bare minimum which is to be greeted and asked how may I help you. These employees from leadership to hourly associates ignore you as if you don’t exist. And when you have the audacity to bother them with a question they are dismissive. I’ve been in the food industry all my life so I know how to deliver great customer service and THIS WAS NOT IT!

I placed a mobile order for a Quarter Pounder, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told they were out of cheese. I was then asked to pull forward and wait, and after sitting in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes, I asked for ketchup when my food was brought out. The employee told me I had to come inside to get it. When I went in to ask for a receipt, I was told they couldn’t provide one because the order was placed through the app.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. I work overnight at a warehouse, and since this is one of the only places open during our late-night lunch break, it’s frustrating to constantly deal with poor service. I really hope this location improves, because it’s extremely disappointing.

This McDonald’s always gives me lukewarm food and service. They continually leave things like sauce and napkins out of the order. Just drive a few extra minutes to the McDonald’s on mt Zion.

I walked in to the McDonald’s today. The manager “Curt” and staff was very busy but they were on top of the customer service. The manager was boosting the staff and the restaurant was so clean GREAT JOB STAFF!!!!!!!!

I order 20 pieces chicken nuggets and they only gave me 14. Like what. The time wait so long even tho we order first. Slow people. Now I’m mad that they gave me four chick nuggets instead of 10

I’d give them 0 but hey,
When I came in the drink machines weren’t working, they were pouring drinks from a 2 liter bottle. Ordered through the kiosk and asked for our cups the girl said we’re making drinks back here I said oh okay. No problem. We waited a little over 10 minutes for a happy meal and 2 wraps. No one made us aware our food had been ready, “oh your foods ready” when I walked up. Food was cold fries were cold and tasted bitter like they were old. In this time still had no drinks, had to ask again for our drinks. Was given the wrong size and they were both FLAT the sodas tasted old. The girl at the cashier walked out and slammed the door extremely loud. Unclean, unprofessional, unnecessary.
