I normally don’t leave reviews, but this location really needs attention. I placed a mobile order and two of the items weren’t available — which was fine — but the attitude I received at the window was not. When I politely asked if they could simply refund the unavailable items, I was told “you’re out of luck” and that I couldn’t get my money back.
When I asked for a manager, everyone’s attitude suddenly changed. I could literally hear them talking about me through the window to the cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, I again politely asked if I needed to come inside for a refund since I used Apple Pay, and they told me there was “nothing they could do” and I had to “call online.”
I ended up filing a complaint with corporate. Corporate called me back and confirmed that the store can issue refunds for mobile orders, even though this location told me the exact opposite. Only after the complaint did the manager suddenly decide he could refund me — but acted like he was doing me a favor, even though I never received the items at all.
On top of that, when they finally handed me the rest of my order, my child’s meal and drink were missing, and I had to go back inside twice.
Overall: rude, unprofessional, inconsistent information, and zero accountability. Corporate was more helpful than the store itself. This location needs serious customer service training.

I normally don’t write reviews but I called to give praises over the phone and no one answered I went to this McDonald’s today around 5:30pm with a crying 2yo in the back because he wanted chocolate milk. When I got to the second window I was informed that they were all out. When I informed the young man at the window that it was for my crying baby in the back he turned and asked his co worker did they have more in the back she stated she didn’t know and refused to check. The young man at the window then took the time to put regular milk in a cup and add chocolate syrup to it and mix it for me. I didn’t get his name but I appreciate him going over and beyond for me and my baby!

I just recently visited the drive through around noon. The line was a little ong and was expecting a bit of a wait. It was suprisingly quick. I think changes have recently been made to address the wait. Zipped right through, food was fresh and hot. Very pleased. Line was because they were very busy. The service was very professional and fast.

This McDonald’s is in a shared space with circle K. It’s new looking and bright and clean. The bathroom is shared and it’s conveniently connected to the store and gas.

Went here right when they started serving lunch. You figured it would be fresh and good but nope, sloppy balled up sandwich. Total garbage. I’m done with this McDonald’s. It really is a blight on an otherwise nice town.

What the hell is the matter with the service at this location. This is literally the worst McDonald’s for service around. I don’t really like Chick-fil-A but at least there I can get in and out and be serviced with a smile and great attitude. I hate this location.

Pulled up in the drive-thru 15 minutes before closing. They refused to acknowledge me and proceeded to close early. I’ve worked in food for years, and would never complain at a place that required a cooked to order meal, but it’s McDonald’s. I also have never closed early or refused to give service earlier than closing when working in food. This is not the first time this has happened at this particular location and it’s super annoying to have to expect this kind of service at one of the few places open late in the area. I waited a minute at the window, called the store with no answer, waited another minute, drove up to the window and waved to the manager at the register in the store. He saw me, stared at me, and continued on his way ignoring me along with the other 2 employees I saw in the window. I’m so tired of seeing this at a food service store establishment that is supposed to be known for its late night service.

They could start with new management! The staff is not friendly ! No smiles. No thank yous. They all seem to have a bad attitude. They make it very obvious that they hate their job. The restroom smells horrible. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.
