I noticed someone else in the reviews had a problem with the manager as well. The employees were super sweet but the manager has an ego the size of Texas. Corporate needs to come and in investigate because I’ve stopped coming to this Dunkin because of her and I’m sure others have as well.

I asked for a cold brew with light ice and it was gone in 3 sips because it was full to the brim with ice. By the time I drove back I had explained that the modification was on the label and there was too much ice in my cup. They told me I needed to pay for it since I drank it all. However, I explained that it was made incorrectly per the modifications they noted on my cup… anyways I’m more upset that they gave me rancid coffee to make up for the extra ice in the first order. I took a sip and had to spit it out since they put old, curdled cream in my second cup…

Love this Dunkin BUT I’m hoping an employee reads this because your cookie crumble topping tastes like bacon grease. Again love yall but hoping you can figure this out and solve it quickly so I can continue ordering cookie butter cold brews for the rest of the holiday season. <3

The staff was nice , but the manager was nuts. I came in to pickup my order that was placed online for them to tell me that the order cannot be put through because two of the sandwiches can’t be made, even though they are offered on the app. I then asked if I could have a sandwich of value and they said no. And then asked if I could have a refund and they also said no. I can’t understand who put this manager in charge , but they should be fired to. You can’t run a business cheating people for food, then not being able to offer a refund or even equal value. The rest of the staff are fine and nice but the fact that you can’t get your food, refund or even anything of equal value is just disappointing

Friday morning on 12/12. The girl at the drive thru was nice up until I pressed no tip. She checked to see if I tipped and then got super offended, you could see her smile turn upside down. She literally stopped talking to me, didn’t even tell me to have a good day. What exactly am I tipping for? Handing me my coffee and a bagel? Jesus Christ. The managers need to have a talk with their employees. Tipping is not mandatory!

It’s all smiles here at the Morris Bridge and Cross Creek location. Never under estimate kind words paired with great service and not to mention I noticed it costs less…yesss!

This Dunkin donuts is literally the worst. I just moved into the area and I’ve been going regularly they’ve made my coffee carelessly so many times. My husband gets my coffee while we both work from home. This particular day I got a latte and asked for no whip cream and received a cup of coffee that tasted nothing but sugar and filled half way. Clearly because they didn’t listen to no whip cream. This past weekend I brought a coffee back that they gave me that tasted no like coffee milk. Another thing that happened is I got a box of muffins and when I went to pick it up they stuffed all the muffins in small donut bag. I asked the girl in the drive through for a box and she told me she didn’t know what I was talking about and she’s not sure if she has any. I asked her you’re not sure??? Like what! And my husband just motioned me to let it go. I really hate receiving coffee especially out of anything wrong. This place is terrible.

I love Dunkin donuts but they never have blueberry, glazed and old fashioned I just stopped going. There customer service has an I don’t care attitude. Please start making donuts again especially the ones I mentioned.
