Customer service is not that great. They all have attitudes when they hand you the food. I ordered 40 chicken nuggets and they only gave me three barbecue.
Which doesn’t make sense because when I ordered, I asked for five barbecue sauces and two sweet-and-sour and they said they only can give me three barbecue sauces and I’ll have to order more which I already ordered the three barbecue sauce on my receipt

Update: 11/5 I ended up calling corporate because it just wasn’t sitting well with me. (See below) They said they would make it up to me by sending me a gift card. Two months later and no card. This is what I get because I was supposed to be boycotting McDonald’s anyway. I know many young people get their first jobs there so I didn’t join the boycott and continued to take my grands there and get my coffee. Now I’m officially done. McDonald’s used to be a business of integrity and great customer service. That doesn’t exist anymore. I’m going to spend my hard earned money where it’s valued.

Tonight was an absolute first. Let me start by saying my first job in life was McDonald’s. This was back in the early 80’s. This is where I learned about customer service. Anywho, I digress. I went through the drive thru tonight. I haven’t had a Big Mac in forever and decided I had earned it. There were two drive through windows. When I got to the first one there was no one there. I sat there for a bit, so I thought I had to pull up to the second window. I’m at the second window and I hear “excuse me!” From behind and see the crew member waving at me to back up. Good thing no one was behind me. She doesn’t give me an explanation so it’s like I’m wrong. I pay for my food and pull up. The young lady who gave me my food was gracious. Her customer service was on point. I get home, don’t even eat my Big Mac right away. Well, when I go to eat my sandwich I encounter a Big Mac that is technically half a Big Mac. The top half of the sandwich is normal. Bottom half is empty. No meat no sauce, no lettuce, nothing. I’ve been doing my best to live a healthier lifestyle and I finally give in and get a big Mac and this happens. I guess that was my last BigMac ever. Learned my lesson. Look at that second layer. Untouched. How does that happen?

Person on the speaker not too professional. The young ladies at the drive up windows were nice. And when I opened my bag, foolishness. I wonder hiw many hands touch it. Not even wrapped properly. Why be open if you not going to give out quality food. And if you can’t find quality workers, get rid of them. One of the worst McDonald’s. Probably won’t visit again. No matter how hungry I get.

Typically, this location has been consistently good, so it is the one I mostly go to in my area. Today, the customer service was very off. I used my rewards to get a burrito and paid for a small coffee. I drove away from the window after receiving my order and parked to put cream and sugar in my coffee. I looked in the bag and there was an Egg McMuffin instead of a burrito. I went back inside and was given a bag with a burrito in it, which led me to believe that someone knew I had been given the wrong order. I did not get an apology for the mistake or a “thank you, have a good day.” I left the restaurant. As I was driving, I bit into the burrito, and it was not fresh; it was cold and hard, but I ate as much as I could because I was hungry. Afterwards, I sipped the coffee and it tasted horrible. It was so bitter I could not drink it. I poured the coffee out, and the bottom of the cup was covered with coffee grinds. I was highly disappointed with today’s visit; obviously, they had a lot of issues going on, but it really messed up my breakfast, and I wasted 3000 award points on a cold, hard burrito.

We were on our way home to Florida, and wanted to grab a quick breakfast. Got here at 10:30am on the dot and they closed breakfast, so we had to go with lunch instead. We put in our order and were immediately put into the parking spot (wasn’t busy, and our order wasn’t big). They have one sweet poor boy who walks out with all of the orders to hand out to people waiting in their cars. When he got to us we found out they had forgotten one of the 4 things we had ordered. We waited about 15mins and were told they were currently making it. In that time we decided to open the food, just to check that everything was there, and we found this (photos attached). It was a double cheeseburger, with no burgers. And burnt black bun. So. Don’t come here, go to any other McDonald’s or anything else in the area.

This won’t be a fast spot to stop. And you won’t get your food. Again shout out to the poor guy who had to walk out all the food and had to handled all the upset customers you were great and we don’t blame you.

Went through the drive thru and said my order but couldn’t really hear if the girl got it right so we asked for a receipt upon payment to make sure. Noticed something in the order was wrong so at the second window I went to tell the gentleman who took the receipt without hearing us and came back with the order on the receipt. Told him it was wrong and told him what we wanted and he said he understood… the order was still wrong. I was charged extra for something I didn’t want and didn’t get what I wanted.

I’m a local so I can confidently say this McDonald’s is overall unprofessional in their work ethic and customer service. The cash register said NOTHING to me and held out the machine so I can tap my card and didn’t even give me my receipt. I go to the food pickup to find out they overcharged me and had me pay for another customer on accident. This all could’ve been prevented had the register did her job properly.

Zero friendliness and the meal was supposed to come with two small fries and I’m driving down the road and find out that I’ve got one small fry and some apples. The fries that were in the bag were cold so it’s not even worth going back for more. Just wasted my rewards points on trash

The night shift is horrible. I’m a delivery driver and the night shift is always saying their screen is down when I pick up my uber or doordash. I watch them hand out orders to other customers. Loud music is played at this establishment and cold food is served at night. The whole night shift honestly needs to be reevaluated. This business will no longer get my service or referrals. Quite disappointed in this establishment. If I could give a 0 star recommendation I would.
