And trust me, I’ve been coming here for a very long time. Her demeanor was on point as she took care of the front end and assisting on the line. On 12/28/2025 around 5;30pm, I attempted to redeem a free fry from points earned with drink purchases in the Drive Thru – a very common daily reward. Cashier accepted code, but price was not right and board did not show order. I questioned the price and cashier asked me to refresh the app. I was told that the next code was for Earning Rewards only. I asked for Manager and was told to pull into a waiting area because it was too busy. I understood and said I would come inside to speak to the Manager. She was busy running orders out to the parking lot as I went inside. I observed she was friendly at first and recognized an older gentleman Mr. Brown and knows his usual order. When his order was finished, I explained that the Code for the free fry was accepted but not applied and I believed the order was entered wrong hence the higher price. The Acting Manager looked at my phone and tried to apply a different code but had to wait 2 minutes for too many codes redeem on visit. She tried to apply the $2 Large Fry code instead because the free was used. I said that was not the code originally used with the wrong order and price. At this point, I assume it is a ploy to not deliver on the free fry because it was busy. She proceeded to switch the professionalism and became rude and came from behind the counter and bypassed me to take the next customer order and proceeded to call the Lake City Police and Forest Park police with a 911 call and said I refused to pay for an order and was blocking the register.
I could only imagine – how long will it take before she switched from being professional with Mr. Brown and start treating him like she had just ignored me and call the police on the next customer.

Every time i’ve come here they’re either rude or aren’t taking orders during hours that on the app and google state that they’re open. Which my issue is if you’re not open either let the people in line know as soon as they pull up, put a sign up, update your hours, or something! And be consistent because some days they’re taking orders past 10pm, other days they aren’t, and they will let you just sit there without saying a word or they might tell you to “hold on” and never speak after that (Personal Experience). i’ve gotten fries that super overcooked and drinks that are flat, and no matter what they’re SUPER SLOW, and while you take your order and even when you get to the windows it’s bad customer service, and overall there’s just never a good experience. I usually don’t leave reviews but the fact that i’ve dealt with some type of bad experience every single time is just review worthy so if you’re in rush or want good service/food don’t come here !

I believe there has been an upgrade regarding the employees in the McDonanlds locations in Forest Park. The employees are more pleasant and efficient. I received prompt service with a smile when I visited in the morning of 10/23/25.
Keep up the great service…all shifts.

This is the worst set up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALD’s. To spend money on an order that got cancelled because I was told they are too busy! after waiting nearly an hour only to be cancelled Excuse me? But now I have to wait 3-5 business days with NO additional compensation for my inconvenience. Wowwwwwwwwwww HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! UNACCEPTABLE! I will wait for the call back from the Supervisor. Bell took my call she said the Supervisor will call me in 15 minutes to hour. UNBELIEVABLE!

Waited in line and no one working taking orders. Lost a lot of money with cars just leaving . Employees rude and bad additudes. Have to wait forever just to get a drink . Worst experience ever .

My review is not for the entire restaurant alone, but for one woman, no matter what time I come through the drive-through, she always make sure my order is right in my food is fresh. I wish I knew her name because she deserves that recognition, but I do believe that she is a manager because she wears a red shirt and I always see her anytime I come when the restaurant first opens. I have seen this woman be a drive-through Cashier, A cook and the person who hands the food off at the end. Even when it’s just hurt herself, she provides better service than 10 employees. She deserves a raise and then some! I’m sorry I wish I got your name ma’m 4;30 am Friday morning I remembered your face. McDonald’s has a horrible reputation, but this woman keeps it alive

I came in at 7:42am today to pick up my order. The staff there are unprofessional. Walked by me several times and the when the female employee finally came to give someone else their order. She was rude, dry and unprofessional. Horrible service! She had a pony tail and a visor. She was heavy set mid age female.

I have my suspicion that a certain female cashier stole my card info last week as mysterious charges from ghetto clothing brands started showing up the next day after she held my card for way too long. My bank is investigating the charges and if confirmed back to this person I will be pressing charges for identity theft. Banks see IP addresses and shipping names for orders btw. Been with this bank 11 years and no weird charges. She is suspect #1
