Horrible customer service my order had to be remade 3 times before they got it correct & the manager was rude told me I should’ve kept my first order because it was made right which it wasn’t but who says that or at least out loud to a customer corporate needs to fire them all and start over all of them have attitudes. This is what a steak bagel with extra onions & sauce they think is supposed to look like keep in mind I paid for the extra things on my sandwich

My mobile order was made for the garbage. The young lady at the drive thru window has no clue of what she was doing. First, train your employees at each station before allowing them to work drive thru. She didn’t know the difference between beverage sizes. My son told her to read the side of the cups. Second, she had an attitude. If you don’t want to work there, don’t! There used to be a dress code. She opened the drive thru window and her makeup looked like a crayon box. Finally, my double Filet-O-Fish sandwich with extra lettuce, tomatoes, and two pickles was made very sloppy. Also I will never order another Gold Snack Wrap. Those were my first and last wraps because I had no idea what those things were supposed to be. Garbage!

This Mcds is completely out of control. I came to the drive thru & someone had their child in the kitchen area and at the drive thru window. I was totally shocked & infuriated. What if the fry grease scalded the child or worse. Who ever the franchise owner is at this location needs to do better when screening his employees before hiring. I had to record what I witnessed so I can forward it to whatever agencies need to get involved!

I have been here at least 20 times now. About 80% of the time they get my order correct, and it is ALWAYS hot. The service is very hit or miss. I’ve seen customers and employees (managers as well). Iyanna was super super helpful. She’s a very intriguing person to talk to.
Edit: Jan/24/2026, Morgan was extremely helpful. She is like a tech wizard. I needed help with the drive-thru code because it was not working. Thanks to my Google wallet. She figured it out in under 15 seconds. I have an IT background and I couldn’t even figure it out. Great staff around here.

Today 01/18/26 at 10:11 I had went to this McDonald’s to order food . Waited at the speaker and wasn’t treated . So I had drove to the window and an employee was eating a caramel ice cream and said “oh you want to order . I said yes two double cheese only ketchup . Once I had received my food the buns were prestaged “ basically hard “ I politely said I want a refund . The employee said MS BROOKLYN WAS UNSURE IF THAT HERE NAME . She said she not going to do a refund . I said can you call the gm because the manager for night shift said she is not authorized to do so . Only ms e if that’s her real name . I have the whole conversation voice recorded . I didn’t receive a refund. But this was very unprofessional. Employee not in dress code , having bracelets on and the list goes own . I understand it was just 4 dollars . But this is a place and business. Please fix it and do better .

My husband and father in law came thru there yesterday morning to get breakfast. The young light-skinned lady in the drive thru was extremely rude, my husband asked a simple question and she snapped at him “NO” then when they got the order they gave my husband the wrong sandwich. If you don’t like your job then get a new one or if you are having a bad day don’t take it out on the world. I would not recommend this mcdonalds at all.

This store is supposed to open on the inside sometime around five or six, but sometimes when I come over it’s always closed. I have to work morning shifts, and this place is usually where I go to get breakfast because of how cheap it is. And to act as a sort of resting spot until my job opens up so I’m not out in the cold. But whetever it’s closed, I usually have to stay outside and wait for my store to open in the freezing cold weather. I have been told that it is because they are short staffed at that moment, but that is no excuse as to why a SINGLE PERSON cannot be let into the store. It’s not like I’m ordering a schools worth of food

It was a horrible day for this location. I ordered Door Dash and my double Quarter pounder was so undercooked. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she was extremely nice and told me to come in to replace the meal. I went in after work and it was only 3 people working with the drive thru wrapped around the building. It was 2 teenagers and the manager on duty. They were all extremely nice and took very good care of me. I just think they need more staffing and to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant. I would give it an A for their courtesy and customer service and an F on the food quality and cleanliness.
