I come all the way from Calhoun to Rome bc they have the best service and Tessa always makes sure I’m taken care of. Goes out of her way just to make sure I’m happy with my visit and my order. First of all, they messed up so bad that half the stuff we ordered was straight up WRONG. They also forgot out drinks!!!!

Forgot 2 drinks
Forgot our sauces

Tessa goes above and beyond at this McDonald’s! Im a diabetic and can’t have sugar but I love the caramel frappes they have and used to get them in the mornings on the way to work. I told Tessa I couldn’t have them anymore and she made me a sugar free version and it’s absolutely delicious still even without sugar. So diabetics if you’re wanting a delicious sugar free blended frappe style drink for a pick me up then holler at Tessa at Turner McCall McDonald’s! Thanks Tessa!

Went to McDonalds tonight and the black old lady that’s in the first window always have an attitude. The customer service is extremely ridiculously poor when it comes to her. She always have an attitude she act like she can’t hear no one when they try and talk to her about something at the window. She just act like she don’t wanna be there. And I think someone should take her out the window with that kinda attitude. And place her somewhere else that don’t involve with contact with any customers just ridiculous every time I turn around McDonalds is hiring folks with these nasty attitudes.

In the evening time its obvious that the young kids do not care about their job. Someone needs to explain good work ethics and caring about the food going out the door. If it wasn’t for the manager working his butt off it would have been total chaos. They have bad attitudes.

One of the workers came from back trying to find a table to give them their food. Could not find it. Said I can’t find this table guess they don’t want their damn food! Just had a addatude! Keep cussing every other word. Major had to yell at the whole crew. Cause they were all just complaining and having addatudes. We only order a hot black coffee which when we got to care was cold and a cold coffee. Took almost 10 mins. We were not gonna go back for hot coffee. SMH

I don’t know what has changed but it’s not the same. Went through the drive thru. Ordered our meals. They forgot to ring one meal up. Wouldn’t just add it on and let us pay for it. wanted us to drive back around through the backed up line.. we heard screaming and hollering from the outside.. with the drive thru window closed and our windows shut. Armuchee has set the standards up high.
