Waited on lobby order for over 10 minutes. Daughters bacon burger had no bacon and after getting just a box of bacon it was cold and super crunchy. Wife is diabetic and ordered unsweetened tea, yet received a sweet tea and added sweetener after thinking it was unsweetened. Get yourselves together and take the few seconds to get things right.

The customer service is terrible the store stinks. No one was at the counter. I didn’t get part of my order and they are out of multiple items. This store needs new management or better training. The employees acted as if they were doing the customers a favor. No smiles just bad attitudes.

Management needs to train the employees to have some manners, no good morning, thank you, have a nice day. Especially the younger ones, not a word was said, just handed the bag out the window. They need to remember, if they didn’t have customers to serve, then they wouldn’t have jobs. Customers didn’t make you work there, you filled out the application. Employees having loud conversations with other employees with customers there trying to order and pay. They do have some really good employees too, but unfortunately the bad out weights the good. McDonald’s needs to take some training from Chick fil a. Their employees are consistently efficient, pleasant, and their food is always on point.

If I could give a less of a star I would to leave a review I had to put at least one but they don’t deserve that. When you have to wait in line for 25 minutes and there’s only five cars in front of you. That’s ridiculous for one hamburger and a Coke. Fast food is a thing of the past. People don’t want to work. There were plenty of workers in there to get this done but nobody wants to work. The manager needs to be fired on the spot

The drive-in is a joke.. its fast food for a reason and clearly waiting 15+ minutes isn’t fast food. Hardly any employees most times and the ice cream machine NEVER works! I don’t see a reason to put ice cream on the menu when you can never get it.

I picked up a double quarter pounder w cheese meal for my bf and a 20 piece nugget for me. I waited for my food for 20 minutes. The fries were hard and not fresh at all (I tried some right after receiving the food). Everything else seemed okay, until my boyfriend says I have to finish his burger bc he’s full. His burger was raw! McDonald’s meat isn’t thick, so why are the patties raw? It’s disgusting and ridiculous that it’s undercooked like that! I legit don’t know how he didn’t realize until there was barely any left.

If there was a possibility to give no stars trust and believe I’d give them. It amazes me how people want 15 plus an hr but can’t take simple instructions. I didn’t ask for nothing extra or crazy everything insaidninwanted was correct on the screen. But tell me how i still ended up with a missing sandwich and a whole chicken sandwich with NOTHING ON IT. Of course I can’t call then Phone number isn’t working go f’in figure. They clearly do that on purpose because they know the employees are incompetent to do a simple job correctly. I’ve been to a junk yard and gotten better service than this POS!
