Trash. Manager who worked the register in the first window was at least pleasant. The girl in the second window was angry that I changed my mind for my sauce. I waited 45 min (for my kids because kids love Mcdonalds) so just hand me the damn buffalo sauce. Fish filet had 1/2 slice of cheese… trash.

I don’t think my family and I will be returning to this location. Its the second time in a month we decided to done in and both experiences were terrible. They gatekeep ketchup packets we continuously had to return to the counter to ask for more , each time having to wait for anybody to address us at the counter,(receiving attitudes each time). Both visits we were not able too find one clean table and had to wipe it off ourselves. There is no sense of customer service, I don’t even know why they use table tents if they holler for customers to come pick up their food from the counter. The people that are supposed to work the counter seem to purposefully ignore the customers forcing them to use the kiosk.. we watched as multiple customers stood patiently waiting to be helped, just to turn around to up to ten minutes later, empty handed. There was an issue with a missed order and there were three employees standing around watching the others make the order as if they were too busy to help anybody else. Management definitely needs to step it up.
On top of that, it’s not the McDonald’s we grew up loving. The interior is decorated with random modern touches, no playground. No fountain refill machine.. Definitely not a place we enjoyed.

OMG!!!!!! This is the worst McDonald’s in Douglasville meaning the employees the children they have working there in the mornings. It’s always an excuse at this McDonald’s every morning, especially on 3/9/26 they’re so rude. They always have an excuse literally every morning. It’s the same excuse until They realize they said the same thing to you that day before and then they come up with a new excuse we can’t open the lobby. The machine is down as always something and they always at the window what they phones you don’t know what they doing with your card when you put it through the window or your phone and it’s been going on since September. The customer service in the morning is very very bad.

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband stopped by here Thursday night and got the worst looking burger I’ve ever seen. The bun was hard and the patty was burnt! He wasn’t even able to eat more than a bite and on top of that he got very sick!

If you are reading this, go someplace else because I think molasses moves faster then this crew. Waited about 20 with really no good reason. Asked a young lady about coffee and she was going to check, well I never saw her again. I watched them lift fries out early twice which resulted obviously under cooked fries and the burger I ordered was dry and not even close to being correct.
Whoever the owner is, you better pay attention to these reviews. It seems a pretty consistent theme here. Crappy food and service. So unfortunate, I love McDonald’s fries!
I would NEVER return to this one and if you are considering, go someplace else.

We literally came in at 12:30, line of cars in the drive through. We stayed in the line for about 20 minutes and had to go in the store so we can get served faster. Turns out it was just worse, we waited about 40 minutes for some cold and uncooked food. There was a hair on top my drink and the workers were un attentive. Most of them would glance at the line and just go in the back and do absolutely nothing, one of my orders was sitting on the table and nobody got it and I had to remind the manager to get my order that was ready to go on the table 15 mins after.

I went inside today to get a happy meal for my daughter and got a coffee for myself. My daughter accidentally spilled my coffee all over the floor and the employees were so nice about the mess and cleaned it up so kindly. They also gave me another coffee free of charge even though I didn’t ask and they didn’t have to do that. I just want to thank them again for their kindness. 🙂

I ordered 40 nuggets (which is supposed to come with 6 sauces) anlomg with 4 extra sauces and 2 large fry’s. The fries were very under cooked annd half full and the 40 nuggets came with 4 sauces total. I am very dissatisfied and hope whoever is responsible for this finds help

I asked for no egg on my breakfast sandwich and I received egg. I waited for a make over trusting that it was right the 2nd time around so I pulled off without checking my order, once I gotten to my destination there was egg on the sandwich. I could not go back I call to learn that the number is not in service

This was my worst ever experience with a McDonald’s. Ordered a hamburger kids meal. The hamburger was dried out, the bun hard as a rock and it had MAYO and a tiny tomato on it. NO, I didn’t order this. The mayo was overflowing and had mayo all over the wrapper. We were told there was no unsweetened tea. Then we were told yes there was. Then the manager gave us water and priced it as tea. Don’t come here if you want McDonald’s normal food and service.
