Stood at register for three min because I wanted to pay with cash. The manager caught eye connect with me but still no service. So I went to the kiosk to place my order, when after receiving my order I said thank you and have a good mooring, it’s a little rude to not get a response especially from a manager.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonalds. Food quality was terrible, drinks where left out. I tried telling the worker there that they had left them out, I was ignored and never acknowledged, she just sat two cups on the counter and walked off. Not sure of her name, some red haired lady. Also listened to her complain the whole time about not working on sundays, and argue with other employees. Very messy dining room.

Worst McDonald’s in Northwest georgia. I ordered three items in the mobile app. A filet-o-fish, a medium French fry, and a drink. I pulled into the pickup spot and checked in. I was the only car in the pickup spots. I sat there for 10 minutes watching cars pull into the drive-thru place their orders get their food and drive away. No one ever brought my food out and then I finally said screw it and left. I have things to do I can’t just sit in a parking lot forever waiting for food. What’s the point in having a mobile app so that you can order food ahead of time so it’s ready when you get there if it’s not going to be ready when you get there. This McDonald’s consistently fails at customer service and placing orders correctly. I will never go there again.

They differ every time I go. Sometimes staff is on it and everything is great and sometimes I have to wait an extended amount of time because they are short staffed and everything between. Food is almost always good and warm.

I would rate a -15 if option was available. This location is horrible. Worst customer service ever! Today they took 3 cars orders and I had to just pull around and order at the window. This happens every other day. No one has a smile and they don’t show they want to help customers. They are not organized or working together! Chick-fil-A is now my new coffee location. They always have a smile and are happy to help unlike this McDonald’s

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s my Carmel frappe was watery, they told me this is as much as they can fill my drink bc of there machine, the burgers were made so sloppy that the pickle was on the outside of the burger not to mention the fact the buns were so dry they we cracking an seemed old, and they tasted so bad I decided to call the manager ally and she told me I could get the burgers remade I guess to waste my time bc the burgers she gave me was in the same condition as before all of the staff seemed bothered bc we wanted to come back for fresh burgers which was ridiculous i have worked at McDonalds in Bremen before and they literally tell u no matter what the costumer is right and they definitely would not have ruined my burgers two times I will never go back here and they clearly need new management bc Ally jus letting them throw whatever in the bag and its awful I will never eat here again and I hope no one makes the mistake of trying Cedertown McDonald’s bc they don’t care about their job at all and can’t even make a burger they should all b fired !! If zero stars was a option that what they would get from me…

Slow service. There is always something missing or wrong with my order. The employees are always yelling at each other. I try to avoid this location but it’s the one closest to my house and I pass this location on my way to school.
Edit 12/12/17: Like I stated before, I always try to avoid visiting this location but sometimes after my classes I am hungry and too tired to drive to the other location on Main street. Today I decided to stop by and buy a #4 to-go. I was told to pull into a parking spot because they were, “cooking the burger fresh” and it would only take a “minute”. Not much later my burger was brought out. When I arrived home and sat down to eat I noticed that my burger was PINK and cold (I only live like 2 minutes away). I had already taken a bite and it tasted disgusting which is what prompted me to check the burger. This location has done me so dirty before but nothing compares to selling me a raw burger that could make me gravely ill. I had to cook the patty myself. Please, please, please do not eat at the McDonald’s. These pictures do not show exactly how pink the meat was in person. The pictures that are on my phone clearly show how pink they looked. If they want to see those pictures then they can contact me.

Took forever to get waited on and get one cup of coffee and a McFlurry. Took my coffee over to put some ice in it. As I got there the top popped off, coffee spilled over the cup on to my hand so I tried to sit it down by my left hand and more came out. I had to get ice to put on my hand because the coffee was extremely hot. My husband came right over to help me. So I am holding the ice on my hand. The cup for some reason was filled right to the brim. They were not friendly. There were 3 people in there, 2 young gentleman and 1 older. He had been waiting over 10 minutes for 2 small decaf coffees. The young men told us that he had ordered just as they came in. They already had their meals almost finished. Ridiculous how McDonalds is run. Ronald McDonald should be ashamed of how they are run.
