They did an amazing job tonight, They worked so hard to get everything out when they could with the limited amount of people they had today for Christmas. Even though there was a long wait which they couldn’t control because they weren’t expecting to be as busy as they were. They did a great job and I hope they have a great rest of their day when they get off. They earned it!

First of all, this is literally the cleanest McDonald’s that I have ever seen. The staff was incredibly nice and well versed in customer service. The bathroom was unbelievably clean. The food was perfectly on point, and was very fast. It was a very quiet, nice, and very enjoyable experience for both my husband and myself.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The manager there is insane. I just had went through the drive-through and my food was still hot. I went inside to refill my half empty Sprite and he tripped out. He said he wanted a receipt to make sure that I got the food from there, but they did not hand me a receipt and said I was gonna have to pay for the half a cup of Sprite that I filled up. I left my Sprite there and I’m never going back there again.

This McDonald’s service and workers are trash. Will not come to this location ever again. TRAIN YOUR PPL IN THE MOBILE APP. My dude at the drive thru windows can never get it to work. While at other stores I’ve never had an issue.

If I could give them a 0 star review, I would. This location has screwed me on multiple orders via the app even with me showing them that the app states I placed an order for there location and they took my money but will not give me my food. They have the worst management ever not caring about the customer service at all.

I had the unfortunate experience & wasted my time coming to this particular McDonald’s on a morning before work. Upon entering the resturant … I spoke with a man that appeared to be a manger or someone in leadership ( only because he was bossing everyone around), since I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged I kindly made a point to get my order taken. The Arab/Mexican manager was extremely rude & dismissive. He seem to have already been going through a rough day, but to take it out on customers is totally unacceptable. He ultimately told me to leave the store because he didn’t agree with my tone of voice. I’m not sure where in El Salvador/ Ecuador he’s from or how he made it through the southern boarder , but he shouldn’t be so rude and disrespectful to customers… he crossed into this country illegally & still manage to get a job and this is how he treats the American people?!!! Shame! I’m sending ICE to that McDonald’s immediately and will have his aaa deported back to the trenches!

We were traveling on I-75 north and stopped at the McDonald’s on Canyon Road in Cartersville, GA. Very convenient to get on and off the highway.
We ordered quarter pounder meals and the patties and buns weee burnt. Since we got our order as carryout so we could get back on the road, we could not return it. We ended up throwing them away.
The bathrooms were filthy. Toilet paper was all over the floor.
The drink station was filthy. It had trash, ketchup etc. laying around. The bright side was that the pop machine had ice!
The employees were not helpful or friendly. We felt that we were bothering them.
We should have known to go somewhere else when we were the only the patrons in the restaurant at 5:08pm on a Sunday night.

I just had the worst experience here, it’s 11:04 on Christmas day
Not many resturants are open – I got here at 10:56am and decided to wait till 11am so I can go ahead and order some breakfast
Thru the glass doors the employees inside assured me that at 11am they would open the doors so I could be able to order. Mind you I came here walking and wasn’t going through the drive thru. 11am came around And I rang the bell once more. No answer, after ringing it a second time the man that told me the resultant would open at 11am proceed to make gestures signaling he would like me to go through the drive thru (mind you I came walking)
He then looks away without me explaining or making any gestures so he knows I came on foot. He walked away, basically – Once more I tried to get his attention to relay to him that I had been on foot. Man comes back once more and proceeds to give me the middle finger. I was left baffled. I attached some photos of the man and the mcdonald’s location
Honestly worst customer service.
