If you like to eat bugs, this is the place!!!! Absolutely disgusting I go through the drive-through I get an iced coffee. I’m a mile down the road and I take a sip of the coffee and I realize there’s something particularly odd in my mouth so I pull it out and it is a disgusting bug.
I’m not in Cambodia. I’m not in Thailand. I have no plans to eat bugs. What kind of management is this that cannot even maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness for drinks. – see the attached photos

It’s very frustrating that no one answers the phone at this location. When you call the first time it rings, but after that the calls don’t even go through anymore—they just hang up.
This morning my order was also incorrect. I ordered delivery because my team and I are at work and can’t leave to pick it up, and we paid for the full order. However, the order arrived missing two Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles that were paid for.
This isn’t the first time issues like this have happened at this location. Not being able to reach anyone by phone to fix a mistake makes it even more frustrating.
Please make sure this gets corrected. I will be stopping by later to pick up the items that were missing from my order. I hope management addresses these recurring issues so customers can receive the service they paid for. It’s more of the shift manager because this happened at the same time various times!

They served me a raw burger. I went to this location during my lunch break and had to waste my time to go back after realizing it was raw. I asked for the manager name and cooks name to make a report but they declined the information. For any future customers PLEASE check you food before eating it, now I am at work feeling sick after this incident .

I usually use this McDonald’s location very little because of its terrible service, terrible service, super late food, and the worst of all is that they never have anything, I don’t know if it’s a discriminatory issue but I always ask in English and when I get to the window they change their attitude! They have more than 30 minutes waiting for the food and not only once it has happened to me that I pay for something and they give me something else! If you could give -10 stars I would! I ordered two medium southern style sweet teas yet I received only one blue freezee and it’s not even what I ordered I don’t even know what flavor it is but that’s besides the point everytime I order from this location they never give me what I order and it gets to a point where it’s genuinely aggravating because I’m paying for specific items yet receiving the opposite EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve never seen a McDonald’s as bad as this one and I work in fast food it’s not that hard to read off of a ticket and/or screen at this point this location is just stealing peoples money

waited at the counter, after 5 minutes, i was noticed, asked if i wanted to order then promptly told to use the kiosk. when i responded ‘no thanks, i don’t use computers’ (basically meaning i’m not using the kiosk, not that i never use computers) she asked me to repeat myself. i repeated. again, she asked me to repeat myself and i repeated. i repeated my simple statement 10 times and if she was having issues hearing me, she could have come closer, but she still continued to asked me what i said… but after the 10th time, i said ‘never mind, i’ll go to cracker barrel’ which she heard very clearly then proceeded to curse me out.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! The only person worth anything was the bilingual white woman (Kayla) working the counter. She was running around doing EVERYTHING. The rest of the workers in the restaurant were just absolutely unprofessional. Arguing and hollering all kinds of stuff but putting in no work. Every person in the establishment was waiting at the counter for food while Kayla was the only one addressing them. I’ll never come back here, hopefully things change.

I like the white girl who works here. The other ones are lazy, loud, and have bad hygiene. I think one of those people took a bite out of my breakfast. Disgusting. I highly suggest going to another location if you don’t want to interact with the basketball people at this location
