I use the app for a Big Mac meal. Wait five mins before driving there. Get there. Nobody in line or lobby. Plenty of staff. Nobody started making my food until I got there and had to park for almost ten mins. It’s 8:30 at night I don’t understand why they are so incompetent. Four cars ended up parked and waiting.

BEST FRIES EVER. These fries were so hot i had to wait a second! The warmth made it worth the wait since there was a short line. But it was totally worth it too since that salted the very nicely and made these fries taste like a dessert! Ill be back! For sure 10/10 i would recommend this location

Drive Thru: Surprised that the fries were hot and I didn’t have to pull over to wait. The guy taking my order and the guy at the first window customer service was great. The shake machine was up and running and got my shake filled to the brim instead of half full. I asked for a cup of water and wasn’t given attitude. Apple slices were fresh with a future date.
Lobby/Inside: I came back to get an apple pie and saw the same crew. The lady with the Purple shirt and dreads was very accommodating. Her customer service was amazing. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because the bathroom was filthy. My First time here and didn’t expect great costumer service from McDonald’s. This crew was on point that I had to leave a review. Overall, I’ll be back

I’m not the person that gives bad reviews I just let it slide when things happen but this time I won’t. It was my first time buying at this location and the service was horrible the girl that took our order and also gave it to us looked like she was dragging her feet to do her job not even a greeting she was in such a mood very poor custom service. She forgot to give us our straws for our drinks we had to come back around. Also I ordered a small HOT mocha but when I got my drink I’m not even exaggerating my HOT drink was nowhere near to hot not even lukewarm warm it’s like I had order an iced mocha but without the ice. On top of that my small drink was just filled to half of the cup I even took a picture because I was shocked. I paid full amount for my small mocha but get half of it. There was only two people working ok a Saturday morning one which I believe to be the manager and if the manager seemed like he wasn’t giving his best at his job no wonder the employees are giving bad service as well.

Giving two stars because prior to this had no poor experience, but after today this location will be a no go for me. We were at the order box in the drive thru. (Breakfast time) I wanted a #8 meal and #2 just the sandwich. When ordering, my boyfriend repeated the order and said #2 just the biscuit. It’s a mcmuffin so I can understand the confusion hen he said biscuit. But the lady caught the worst attitude ever over saying biscuit instead of mcmuffin. She said “IT IS A MCMUFFIN NOT A BISCUIT” very rudely. He apologized and then repeated he just wanted the sandwich. I guess because he did not say MCMUFFIN the lady lost her mind and just kept sayinf “it’s a mcmuffin not a biscuit” over and over. We couldn’t finish our order after that because she cut us off and gave us the total. I can understand some customers may ask for a #2 and mean they want a biscuit, but the fact that she got that angry that he did not use the right wording is beyond me. I felt like she actually wanted to fight us the way she was acting. We left before getting to window cause honey it’s not worth losing my mind over.

My mom and I stopped by the drive thru to get a quick bite after an appointment. As we give our code, there was some issues with it saying it was invalid in the system. The lady taking our order (Samyra,as we got her name just to boast on how amazing she was) called over a manager and got it figured out for us! My mom was very appreciative as most employees she has encountered at other store have just told her “idk what to tell you”. Samyra and the younger gentleman mgr that was working today had amazing service!

I had ordered a spicy Mcchicken and the chicken looked like it had been recooked multiple times it was super dark brown on the outside. Plus it tasted greasy as can be, super small piece of chicken as well. I also got large fries and it wasn’t even filled up half way.

Manager black man overruning his shoes always has a nasty attitude and loves to threaten customers with calling the police. This is the only mcdonalds that I know always has the police there always the rude always takes the longest to move their drive thru BUT always wants to give their customers problems….. if its not him its the short Hispanic woman on mornings with the glasses. I’ve witnessed her tell a newbie at the front register in front of customers “Youre going to have to get this right on your own I cant keep helping you and the drive thru too like youre stupid or something”….. the poor boy felt so embarrassed and asked me and another customer to please not worry about it he would be ok bc he has to have a job. So, please dont not send your kids to this mcdonalds for a first job bc they treat them and their customers any kind of way as well as they dont take the proper timing to help one learn obviously before they throw them alone to just figure it out…..
