Ordered in app and it had been made immediately instead of being prepared when we got close. The drink was wrong, the food was not only cold but also wrong. They did fix the order when we went back but we’re rude and basically threw the food at us.

We have to give credit where credit is due! I left a very bad review for the location on Ward Blvd yesterday. That was after numerous bad visits and yesterday’s disrespect won’t allow me to return there! However, this location on Tarboro Street has always been top-notch. Just today we received our food Fast, Hot, and the cashier was extremely nice. Thank you, Tarboro Street!! We will continue to return to this location!!

I pulled in the drive thru at 1:11pm I ordered by 1:13 I paid I pulled up to the window to get my food. The lady at the window gave me only a drink she asked me to pull up and wait for my fries and fish sandwich.. I asked her about how king it would be she said 2min I kindly pulled behind the other car who was waiting about 5 min that I know of … I sat there for 12 min waiting for my food (on a 30 min lunch) so I walked into the establishment and asked about my food to the gentleman that I saw bring food to the first car .. the “supervisor” rudely said “if she give me time to make it” I said to her I been out there waiting and your window worker told me 2 min it’s been 15 at this point … she barely closed the fish box threw the bag on the counter … I looked in it she didn’t put my fries in there she was rude about that.. as she said “well they only told me a fish sandwich” gurl you can’t read the ticket … all of this in front of the “store manager” who said nothing to his subordinate about being rude and disrespectful to a customer. I asked for my money back both the supervisor and the Manager ignored me.. I walked away at this point cause I didn’t wanna throw the food behind the counter… I called corporate they asked me to leave a message so I look forward to hearing ack from them. If I could give no stars and give them crumbs from this hard bread they gave me I would! Both the supervisor and the manager were rude and ignorant!! I would never I mean never ever go back to that place and if anybody ask me I will tell them the same thing and if you want good food go to Chick fil a!

I got an Uber delivery. Supposed to have large fry. Got medium in a large box. Smh paid for sweet and sour sauce. Didn’t get it. Ordered sweet tea with lemonade. Got a flat soda. No ice. Terrible!!

Other then the table of 3 eating already, the place didn’t seem busy, but it took me over 15 minutes to get my 2 coffees and 1 med fry. I was thinking maybe the drive-through is backed up…….nope that was empty as well. I don’t know why everyone seemed too busy to get my order together bc the place seemed dead. But everyone else was super nice and the coffee and food was on point.
