Wow! What a wonderful visit! The staff was welcoming helpful and friendly. The McDonald’s on Killian Hill on Five Forks is going to be my new Lilburn McDonalds I’m going to stop in when I get a hankering for some nuggets. First of all it has been years since our McDonalds order has been right without us checking it before leaving and our order was exactly right! For it being their first day open I’m happy it all was so wonderful. Your app may not recognize the new address but if you select earn rewards in your app and put your code into their kiosk all of you points will be there I know because we redeemed my points for a happy meal. Among other things we ordered. The bathrooms are laid out well and the space maximizes what seating they have. McDonald’s Lilburn Is now my McDonalds’ Killian Hill. Great service and our food was right, I mean that made our family night.

Just tried this new McDonald’s. I usually don’t eat at McDonald’s. Prices at this location are pretty similar to that of Chik Fil A. I’m surprised that they charge for the honey mustard sauce. I don’t know if this is particular to this location or McDonalds has started doing this everywhere.
I placed an online order. At the food pickup drive through window, the employee handed me my drink without acknowledging any of my other food items. Then, she closed the window. A minute or so later, another employee recognized that I was waiting for the rest of my order. She got the rest of my order and asked if I wanted a free dessert.
Didn’t have any issues with getting around the complex. There was ample parking. I guess this place gets busy around lunch. The fries taste way better at this location as compared to those at the Five Forks location.

Chicken nuggets were good. Those are always consistent. Service was slow. Pickup window employee first tried to give me a soda. I had ordered a latte. Then he tried to give me burgers. I had ordered nuggets. Seriously. Do you not read the order board?

I wouldn’t put this as a great opening experience. The atmosphere seems very stale like a hospital. They don’t even have the fountain drink refill. Everything was computer operated. They’ve removed a lot of the human interactions and have all of the staff hidden in the back where you can no longer view what’s going on or how your food is made.

The couple times I have come everything has been fine/great. Of course, not today… But no one is perfect. I ordered 1 sandwiches and 3 kids meals. I had to wait too long between eat item to be given to me.

Avid Mcdonalds enjoyer. Always have had a positive experience and this new location is no exception. Food was great and fresh, environment was friendly and the manager greeted me as I walked in. Interior changes are quite interesting. Parking is somewhat limited for dine in customers, but I suppose this location was built for more drive thru/doordash traffic. Overall, extremely satisfied!

The new McDonald’s on Killian Hill is excellent! The food was fresh, the service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. The location is also easy to access, which makes it very convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be returning.

I ordered on the mobile app for pickup and parked. No one came out. When I went through the drive thru. They didn’t have my order or couldn’t find it. I left. Petitioned for a refund for the store manager to call once and email once. I emailed back to call me and never heard word back. New hires. No training. Will be sticking to the McDonald’s on Oak and Five Forks.

I have gave this location multiple opportunities. It’s directly on my way for work, so I thought that this would be the Perfect location for me to grab breakfast at. I’ve now been here multiple times and every single time they’ve put ring in my order wrong. Or instead take five cars orders at the other line and I’m still sitting there and I haven’t even got to order yet. The food has been correct after I have it fixed.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chocolate milk shake with a combo, however when I got my food the milkshake was missing. Thankfully Giselle came through with that Chik-fil-a customer service and solved my problem. Shout out to Giselle Other locations need employees like her. They are very lucky to have her.
