Very poor service. The staff just stood there looking at me and didn’t attend to me at all, even though there were only a few customers. On top of that, they were more focused on their phones than doing their job. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I do not recommend this location.

I’m adding a note here so I can remind myself to never come to this particular location again. The food took 10 minutes somehow ended up being over cooked . I can tell it was over cooked because my filet-o-fish was damn near brown. A complete disappointment especially because this location has higher prices then others.

First time using the mobile app. It was easy and convenient. Pulled up to restaurant, selected counter pickup, walked in, gave order number and walked out about three minutes later. Custom order was perfect. Earned 3000 points.

Staff is very rude, i had to wait on my ride so i sat inside for a few minutes cause it was raining and VERY cold outside. They told me to buy something or leave. I COULD NOT wait inside for a few minutes, so i HAD to buy a meal to sit an wait for a few minutes. The building does not have any signs about this policy on their doors. Plus the food was nasty/ tasted old, probably microwaved and a waste of my money!

Got to McDonald’s this morning on my way to.work I arrived a few minutes before they opened at 531am they took my order at drive thru as I get to the window the girl takes my payment gives me my tea steps away tue manager comes to the window to give me my food clearly mad for whatever reason amd when i.ask for some strawberry jelly guess that really made her mad so she gives me 5 for one biscuit lol so I asked f9r her name and she slams the window saying you dont need my name !!! Kool sweetie ill make sure I reach out to upper management and corporate!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service . Nothing has changed. It’s 5:49am no one has acknowledged me. No one has even said good morning. A cashier was putting money in the drawer and did not say nothing at all to me. Delivery services go inside to pickup. Open 24 hours.

I ended up not getting food that night because the guy at drive through was extremely rude. Usually go once a week to this McDonald’s but the rudeness will stop me going for a min. I attempted to use my points he ask me several times the number, he put it in wrong and when I told him that’s not what I was using, his reply was there is nothing he can do about it. Yes you can, you could have went and got a manager to assist but you should never say there is nothing you can do about it. This may not mean alot to others but it did for my family

It is a hit and miss with McDonald’s, let me explain in the morning it all depends what day you go it’s good but in the evenings it always bad, they masup your order or something is missing.
