I had an absolutely horrible experience at this McDonald’s. I was served a RAW burger—pink and uncooked in the middle. This isn’t just a mistake; it’s a serious food safety issue. Serving raw beef puts customers at risk of foodborne illness and shows a complete lack of quality control and care.

When you go to McDonald’s, you expect fast food—not food that could make you sick. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this location. I shouldn’t have to inspect my food to make sure it’s safe to eat.

I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here. Management needs to seriously address their cooking standards and staff training. These young lazy kids they have working there need to be sent home

Horrible experience, I bought a large iced coffee from here and as I’m drinking through the straw I feel something land in my mouth. I pulled it out and to my utter shock it was a DEAD FLY! In my mouth! I immediately began to gag and my stomach turned. Disgust is an understatement. I called the establishment and they gave me a number to call and follow up on this for healthcare purposes. I went to the ER TO find out I had been diagnosed with a viral infection. I was prescribed pills for the nausea and told it’s likely food poisoning. Upon trying to follow up with the claim no one from the claims department had a claim number or even knew what I was talking about. I reached back out to the establishment and they pretended to be confused as well and acted as if they’ve never spoken with me. It’s been a few days now and the emotional and mental trauma this has caused is disheartening, I will not drink anything in a container that is dark or has liquid too thick for me to see through. This has really taken a toll on my health in every aspect. I was never a big McDonald’s fan to begin with but now I will never eat there again. I’ve done research and apparently this is not the first time something like this has happened. Please put a cap on the straws and make sure the drink stations haven’t been contaminated. No one wants to swallow insects/bugs or have such things in their mouths!

My second bad review of this McDonald’s. I was there yesterday morning and tried to order the $5 McMuffin breakfast meal and was told it doesn’t exist. I explained that I just had this meal on Friday and the lady said it’s impossible we don’t have that special. I will no longer visit this location as it’s always an issue here, such a shame since it’s convenient for me on my way to work. This location is also very slow and you must wait several minutes before anyone addresses you whether it drive thru or inside.

I literally sat in the drive thru line while 2 other customers were served before me. I pulled up and they stated to give them a moment. No problem. Well, a customer pulls up in the other line and orders. Then the one behind them ordered. At this point I decided to go somewhere else! When someone did decide to answer or respond , I decided to leave!

Came through got a double quarter combo inside. I ordered it via the kiosk. I requested light ketchup only. For just once in McDonald’s history, I got exactly that! Great job. Usually light ketchup seeks to mean 4x the usual. Not this time. Great job.

Placed an order for breakfast while the window was still opened I arrived a little after 10:59 which is when breakfast ends yet I was able to place an order within 10 min I had left so I make my way there I’m too late for breakfast even though I placed my order during breakfast hour while others in front of me got there had to cancel and wasted gas and time just to be told I’m too late.. disappointed and upset
