Today, I visited Chick Fil a, in Hot Springs. I ordered a salad. No chicken, bacon, egg, or cheese. When I got my salad, after returning from lunch, I had bacon on it. Plus, my lettuce was not fresh and most of it was brown. So, I called and spoke with the manager, who was very nice. She apologized and stated I could return and receive another salad. After work, I returned to the restaurant. Received my salad and an additional purchase of food. Now that I am home, again, my lettuce is not fresh and it is brown. So I am sitting here picking brown lettuce so I came attempt to enjoy my dinner for the night. With all the recalls on foods, I am now leery about ordering salads from there again.

The most consistent, delicious food in our whole state! The staff is impressive! So friendly, so accommodating. Food is always the same…AMAZING. Additionally, let’s talk about efficiency. They get you in and out with the correct order!
I have been to other franchises, and this one is the GOLD standard. It is by far the best restaurant in its class.

0nly get here every year or so (distance from home) and food and service is always great. But today the staff was over the top fantastic. Lady bussing tables, refilling drinks etc was happier with her part time job than an eight year old working at the “magic kingdom”. That happiness trandferred to everyone in the dining room even in the peak lunch hour rush. Had a tough day of travel to doctor and the staff here made the entire trip into a better event.

I was ordering food at the drive thru and the lady that worked there her name was Deborah I believe and she was extremely rude. I was ordering and I said my name and she didn’t hear me and told me I need to speak up and once I was done ordering she said “by the way you have a really pretty voice so speak up” I don’t know that just didn’t sit right with me and was extremely backhanded and her tone wasn’t polite at all.

Stop at this location this afternoon to order the chicken noodle soup…they told me they were out….so I order the Cobb salad they told me they were out of it as well. So this is Monday and they’re closed on Sunday!! Can’t believe these items are out!! So I wasn’t going to ask for a third item being out!!

Doordash drivers be aware if they give you two large drinks, they will not give you a drink carrier per store policy. Chic fila made a profit of 22.7 billion dollars in 2024, and they cannot give us cup holders. This is ridiculous!!!
