How could you mess up a simple order? It’s written wrong on the box too. I asked for a bacon cheese quarter with ONLY cheese and bacon. Plain..The person repeated it to me in the microphone. How did it come out wrong? The reason people ask for certain things to not be on their food is because they have food allergies…this is not cool. I bit into it and BOOM…I need a refund or something….yall need to make this right, and teach your employees to pay attention.

I’m honestly beyond disappointed. Prices keep going up, but the quality is clearly going down. How do you charge more and serve less? Just take a look at the food I received (photos attached). One sandwich had a partial hamburger patty, and the other was burnt up You’re telling me no one in the kitchen noticed this before it went out? Or did you just not care? I shouldn’t have to open up my kids’ sandwiches just to make sure there’s actually something in there — and that it’s edible. That’s ridiculous. We spend our money expecting decent food, not something slapped together without a second thought. McDonald’s used to stand for consistency and quality. Lately, it just feels like we’re being ripped off. Do better.

Customer service was slow! If the food fresh or at least warm things may have been better but get home and this burger like this is awful! Awful food management and customer service to even serve this garbage. No onions or mustard on the burger and meat dried out and hard

I ordered a single Filet-O-Fish at this McDonald’s (#20827, 4174 Salem Road, Covington, GA), and they gave me a double—something I absolutely did not ask for. On top of that, the sandwich was a greasy, slapped-together mess. Completely unappetizing and unacceptable.

This isn’t a small mistake. It’s a sign of carelessness and lack of respect for customers. I expect to receive exactly what I ordered—nothing more, nothing less. Instead, I got a sandwich that looked like it was made in a rush and thrown in the box.

To make it worse, the service was rude and dismissive. I’ll be returning the sandwich and won’t be coming back to this location. If this is how they treat paying customers, they shouldn’t be surprised when people take their business elsewhere.

Do better, McDonald’s.

Not actually 24 hours. They “restart their system” at whoever knows when. 3:30? 3:00? 2:30? 4? 4:30? All times I’ve come in after placing a mobile order, just to be told “you can’t pick it up, our system is down.” If your system goes down for an hour or two every night, you’re not a 24 hour store. Stop accepting mobile orders and PAYMENT when you know you won’t fulfill them. Wasting people’s time and effort. Just close for the hour or 2, do all the stuff you want, and then reopen.

Also they can’t seem to get breakfast orders right. Multiple times they give me the wrong thing, and they also don’t pick up the phone. They send calls straight to the franchise owners who can’t fix any of your problems.

Every time I visit this McDonald’s, I end up being pulled up to wait at a numbered spot, even for simple items. It feels like their priority is pushing cars out of the drive-thru line instead of actually serving customers quickly and correctly.
This morning I ordered a bagel, was asked to pull up and wait, and when I got home, it wasn’t even the right bagel. This is not the first time I’ve had problems here. I’ve contacted corporate before and was told things would change, but nothing has improved.
I’ve decided I will not return to this location. I’d rather travel farther for better service and accuracy.

They started opening 24 hours on the weekend, but it’s almost pointless half the time you can’t order breakfast food on the way to work, by 3 AM they’re switching over so you can only order fried food which includes the extra value meals and the fries are never fresh. If and when you do have to order regular lunch or dinner items.

We went through the drive through on Tuesday night, October 8th, around 10-10:30pm. I’m being specific because the manager who was working the food window was HORRIBLE!
We asked for apple pies with our order and were told it would a 9 minute wait. First we were like…NAH, then we changed our minds and decided to wait.

We pulled forward and the young lady I mentioned earlier, the manager, was at the window. She’s a kind of light skinned pretty young lady and she was wearing a reddish or maroon shirt with a tie if I’m not mistaken.

She handed us our drinks and food with a nasty disposition. My fiancée asked oh, are the pies in there? She said NOOOO, we told you it was a wait and you took them off then added them back on (scowl on her face the whole time), you can pull up to the rail.
I said ok, we were just asking. I was trying to still be pleasant and not match her energy.

As we pull up, my fiancée says, our food will be cold by the time the pies are ready, let me go in and ask them can we have our order at the same time as the pies. We didn’t think this was unreasonable because if we are going to wait for pies, we want all the food hot and fresh. And my fiancée is very cordial and friendly so he wasn’t mean about it. He goes in, and comes back out a couple minutes later.

When he gets in the car, his whole demeanor has gone from high and happy to irritated. I’m like…babe, what’s wrong? He says the lil manager chick rolled her eyes when I walked in, then snatched the bag out of my hand.

I’m going to say this and I hope this message gets to shawty. You need to be VERY careful of WHO and HOW.

WHO you are addressing. HOW you address them. We could have been secret shoppers, executives, or how about this one…LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

If you don’t want to work in the McDonalds drive through, DON’T.
If you don’t want to work the night shift, DON’T.
If you don’t want to be nice DON’T.

You don’t have to do any of those things. Get another job where you can frown, and not be bothered to at least PRETEND you know what customer service is.

Until then, stop polluting everyone else’s fresh air with your fonky ass attitude. They sell about 7 different kinds of Febreeze so I’m sure you can find one to spray on yourself when you deal with the general public.

To conclude this review, the food was ok. Those apple pies were FIYEERRRRR! We hadn’t had them in years so they were on point!!!!!!!

If we offended yall or inconvenienced anyone by asking to have our food made fresh, we sincerely apologize. We weren’t trying to be difficult. Let me offer a solution.

Next time, if there’s a wait on a particular item, delay making the rest of the food until the cook time allows all items to be done at the same time.
Overall 2 stars, the Apple Pies take it up to 3.

I can not make this up, I ordered my sister a 6 piece chicken nugget and there’s literally only two pieces of chicken nuggets in it and a sauce that we didn’t even ordered . Im not sure if they accidentally gave us someone employee meal but this is disappointing. Actually if it’s from salem McDonalds honestly I should’ve expected it.

Ordered through the app. Was not long wait but received wrong item. Very disappointed in that. Happens from time to time, but mine was in the correct wrap but not right item inside.
Orange juice and hash brown were great.
I ordered a sausage mcgriddle. Nothing else on it. But got egg, cheese, and bacon mcgriddle. Was a total waste since I could not eat this personally.
