Hostile environment, idk what lady was back there yelling at whoever was named Lori. When Lori finally presented herself she was an older lady. Telling her she just standing there, moving slow. I’m guessing she was preparing food. My question is why is she running out food but not the younger ones. Also punishment in the work environment due to her moving slow?! Yea huge no. Either way the profanity, disrespect was nuts. Do better huge disappointment I wouldn’t want to work at this location getting yelled at! To many customers present.

I can’t make this experience up. My establishment GTTC Innovations LLC, we don’t discriminate; we correct the issue and ask for improvements. I placed an order for 2 Chicken Deluxe sandwiches with bacon and pickle via McDelivery for the first time. Everything was fine until I took a 10-minute break at my job and opened the delivered bag of food. To my shock, there was no chicken on either sandwich! Last I checked, I didn’t order a BLTP SANDWICH. WHERE IS THE CHICKEN?

After calling 10 times with no answer, I drove up to McDonald’s and explained the issue. They apologized and said they would refund my money and have their manager make the sandwiches correctly. I got back and found that my sandwich was complete with chicken this time. However, my partner opened her sandwich to find chicken but no bottom bun—so the sandwich was not complete. ‍♀️DAMN DAMN DAMNMIT

I had to go back after work to retell my inconvenience. The manager who made my sandwich the second time didn’t forget the chicken but definitely forgot the bottom bun. McDonald’s response: “Jesus fix it.” After the 3rd time, I finally checked and confirmed there was a top bun, bottom bun, and chicken in the middle to complete my sandwich. This is ridiculous. McDonald’s, you need to get it together. Highly disappointed.

I’m guessing the lobby AC is broken, because they’ve got some temporary setup running through the ceiling tiles. Whatever, things happen. But I’ve been here a few times now and I honestly just haven’t been impressed with the food. As far as McDonald’s goes, it’s below average, although I’m not coming here looking for a gourmet meal, I would like my burgers too be fully cooked/wrapped and my fries to be at least warm.
The staff isn’t bad, everyone has at least been polite, but there are a lot of people screwing around and wasting time when there are cars in the drive-thru waiting for food or bathrooms that need cleaned. I wouldn’t sit down in that bathroom if you gave me a hundred bucks. If you’re looking for a decent meal on this side of Edgefield, go to the Bojangles across the street. It’s not the best one I’ve been to, but it’s better than this Mickey Ds. If you really crave a burger, go in town to the pool room. It’s not much more money and the food is way better.

I purchased a double cheese burger meal. It was nice and hot. The French fries was still hot and without salt. I wish all fast foods restaurants did the same…not add salt to the food of others. I was super-duper hungry and enjoyed my food.

I wouldn’t even be writing this review had it not been for the rudest customer service I have ever received here. This McDonald’s has always been my go-to, and I often praise them for the wonderful customer service we generally received. But, not today. I placed a mobile order, went to the window, paid and received my receipt at 12:14. Roll up, get my drinks, my happy meal and get asked to pull up for the rest. Okay, sure! I work in food service, so I get it. Especially on a day like today, where the weather is nasty, and most people have no power. As I sit and wait patiently, I see at least 4 cars roll on by, each receiving their food. I get out of my car to go in and check to make sure they haven’t forgotten me, and am greeted by the manager. She’s nice, I told her I’d been waiting for a while. And the next thing I hear is an employee saying ” she hasn’t been waiting that long, maybe 5 minutes” Now, I know I have a Georgia education, but 12:14 to now which is 12:26 when I’m walking in, is more than 5 minutes. She just keeps on, and the manager tells her to “Let it go”. I wasn’t rude, I just told her I’d been waiting a while, at least 10 minutes. I didn’t even mind walking in to get my food, but the nasty comments and low key calling me a liar, I’m not down with that.
