Just no. They don’t get your order correct. They make it seems like you are the problem. Pull you up then forget they pulled you up. Manager is just laughing and walking around resolving nothing. Lite ice means the whole cup is ice. They avoid speaking to you at the front because they know something is messed up and don’t want to deal with it. Vehicles around the front of the building because all the drive thru spots at also filled.

As a resident north Virginian, I cannot even begin to describe how incredible the customer service of this location is.

Upon pulling up to the drive thru the first window worker Matias met us with impeccable customer service and an extremely kind attitude even conversing with us and having a good time. After paying for our order we had to pull into the drive thru waiting spots as our food was prepared, the food runner Alexis consistently kept checking in with us to make sure we knew the status of our order without us even needing to ask and upon delivering the food was kind and respectful. The food was warm and fresh instead of the typical cold fries and nuggets from McDonalds in my home town.

These two workers make our experience stand out among the robotic monotony of drive thru restaurants and for the first time in the 24 years I’ve been alive, I had an experience at McDonald’s that would make me want to return outside of the necessity for quick and easy food.

Truly a five star experience.

Never, and I sincerely mean never, would I have expected a trip to McDonalds to be any more than just okay. This is not a black mark on the chain, but simply a reiteration of what McDonalds is: fast and consistent. I ask for nothing more.

When I arrived for a very late dinner here (around 10 minutes before close), I expected much the same, with maybe a minor degradation in service due to the hour.

However, what I got instead was a respectful and friendly dining experience spearheaded by a team of enthusiastic employees that seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a good dining experience. I was dumbstruck. Not in a million years would I have thought that a trip to McDonald’s could come with the same kind of customer care you get at a local joint, yet here I am. It may sound a bit goofy, but the whole thing actually gave me a bit of hope. Hope that maybe this kind of thing isn’t lost to time. Maybe we can all take pride in providing a good experience to someone, and endeavor to cultivate an environment of respect, integrity, and dignity even in the places we least expect it.

I want to personally thank Matthias and Alxis, who I interacted with personally, as well as the rest of the team. Absolutely Goated. Best McDonalds experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t feel right giving this place any less than 5 stars across the board. 10/10, would recommend.

That lady that works drive thru taking orders is the sweetest, kindest and best part of our morning stop. We laugh and smile she’s quick and on top of a fast service. She needs an award, maybe employee of the month or best customer service award with a raise for being a bright part of the community. Go Michelle, keep smiling, we love it

The lines for drive-through are ridiculously long and slow

Today as often happens, I waited online over 20 minutes ordered a Mc Cafe drink

I waited another 15 minutes to get up to the window to pay for the strength and was told that I would have to wait an additional 18 minutes because they were cleaning the machine

Drinks that are on the Mc Cafe menu are not premade they are made as they are ordered. The staff does not want to take the time to make the drinks and nine times out of 10 usually same situation wait online forever to be told. I cannot have what I ordered unless I wanna wait an additional long period of time.

I ALWAYS have to wait. Every single time .. and I’m not sure why because my food is cold every time. I think they just like you to park just to see how long they can make you wait. Some of the employees also can be rude and think it’s funny to screw up orders on purpose. I do like one of the managers he is is super nice and try’s his best to correct employees and make things better.

I thought i would give McDonalds another try after swearing them off several years back for having such slow service at ever location. All of McDonalds, worry more about the timing at the drive thru than then focusing on a speed of getting your food out. I think the CEOs of these franchises should sit in the long lines for a closeup of the business their company loses. It’s call fast food.
