We placed our order at the kiosk, seemed to be slowed with very limited amount people in lobby. The runner who brings orders out to the table finally came out. She was polite , and asked if we need anything. Fries were hot, but appears to have 0 Seasoning on the burger, cheese wasn’t even melted on sandwich. Order was correct.

Came here with my 2 grandsons on a Saturday. I ordered 2 happy meals, 2 sandwiches & a drink. I had placed the mobile order on the app out in the car before going inside. We waited, and we waited, and we waited. I would walk up to the counter for a bit then I would go sit for a bit. It had to be at least 20 minutes. I finally asked someone “Did my mobile order go through?” She asked my name & went back to check. Soon she came back with it all piled up and handed it to me, as if I could carry it without dropping anything. I asked “has it been just sitting there?”. She said no. Our food was not hot so I know for sure it had been sitting awhile. And I had to go back and wait again to get straws. I was very disappointed and angry.
Is it the management? Is it untrained employees? Is it lack of enough staff? Is it lack of motivation to do a good job? Who knows. In addition, they have no menu board. No beverage bar with napkins & straws for customers get on their own. I really feel this specific McDonald’s could do a much better job; they need to step up & improve customer service.

I typically get the early morning crew. Like around 5-6am. They are top notch. Probably the best McDonald’s staff you would come across. Polite greeting and upbeat conversation. They seem as though they enjoy being there and serving you food that early in the morning. It’s not the typical, “I hate the world and why are you here inconveniencing me right now” kind of responses you get from most McDonald’s staff across the chain.
My breakfast is always made quick, good temp, and tastes great as well, when I get the crew here. Much better than my experiences at other locations.

Ordered Ubereats and this is what they gave my children. Boxes flattened and the toys. Instead of communicating to the driver that they are too lazy to make food. Shame on yall. To scam me out of my food is one thing but to scam my kids it’s just awful. I’m never coming back here again.

I dont know how you can mess up a franchise store like McDonalds, but this place is a great example of that. I very rarely eat at any McDonald’s because I dont really trust their food, but once in blue moon as they say. This was one of those times I decided to grab a quick burger and fries. The drive through was backed up around the building, which doesn’t bother me because I always go I side, so I know I get what I order. I placed my order at the kiosk, there was already a couple people waiting and noone at the counter at all. We waited awhile before the young lady came to the front, I gentleman that went through the drive through was waiting with a complaint, she turned went to the back and told the older manager guy. He stayed in the back saying drive through was priority, but done nothing to help, just snapped orders at his people. Then came up and actually fussed at the man, told him that he didn’t do refunds and he would have to come back tomorrow. I was floored, rude customer service. The guy was mad and stood their as this manager came back three or four times fussing with him. It took awhile to get my food, and part of it was awful, the burger was ok, the frys were ehhh, the chicken nuggets were awful, hard, chewy, unbeatable. Didn’t even notice my tea, wasn’t tea it was lemonade awful. The guy from the drive through was still there when I left. And just so you know, I resolve things with my spending choice, so I will never come back to this location in Lancaster again. And do t tell me to contact somewhere else that you want to help. You want to help me and the other people that voiced opinions here for you, fix your staff and store, or just close it if you dont care.

It’s sad that it took almost 40minutes for a staff member to even acknowledge me and ask what my order was. I placed a to go order through the app and when I walked in (after the app said everything was ready) nothing was ready and my ticket was stuck to a metal board in the back with several others.
Its insane how they’re operating their togo orders. They basically ignore them until someone shows up and they ask, “oh is this yours? Ok we will make it now.” It needs to be reevaluated how they process in-house to go orders. I’ll do drive thru in the future and even then that’ll probably take the same amount of time.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. This store is very impersonal. No signage, no drink machine, tables were not cleaned. The associate lost my code is the system, got my order wrong-which she did correct…but 3 times I had to ask for ketchup.

They dont have a cashier at all for the lobby its all kiosk and mobile pick up.
The drive thru has 1 working lane.
Unless you order on the app or another food delivery service its an extremely inconvenient location.

Terrible. Just terrible. First of all, it takes forever to get your food. And by time you get out of the store it takes another 10 minutes. Just trying to move in the parking lot.
On this day I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. Bread wasn’t toasted at all. Took one bite of the sandwich and I’m crunching on eggshells… And a sausage wasn’t completely done. Total waste of time, effort and money. I threw the sandwich away…
