swear they would never get my money again if they werent so close. 8/10 times your order will be incorrect after u waited 10 mins for it. and if its not incorrect its cold or the syrup is out on the sodas. really a terrible place. ive been disappointed too many times, rarely review fast food restaurants but i thought i was going to be saving potential victims but as i see from previous reviews we’ve been warned. rule of thumb never go to a mcdonalds with less that a 3.9 rating

Awful just down right awful! This place should be shut down immediately! You would think after taking over twenty to twenty five minutes to fix my food that the meat would be cooked ♀️. It’s so pink in my burger. For anyone that Eats at this location for any location matter fact. CHECK YOUR MEAT MINE WAS SO PINK THERE NO Surprise IF BLOOD COMES OUT. I wish they would just fire this whole night team. I had order 1200 on 12/21/25 @ 7:57. I ordered a caramel macchiato and was told it would be 15 min wait, no problem. I waited 40 MINUTES and had to drive back to the drive thru because they forgot about me. I should’ve got a refund or something. I would understand if they were busy but there was no line. Honestly they should shut this place down and just rehire it’s atrocious the few times I go. McDonald’s don’t care about their customers at all

Drive thru worker was either not trained properly or just plain out dumb. Using the mobile app has never been difficult. I come to this location often only because it is near my house. There is always a long line at the microphone but when you go around there is no one in line. 9 times out of 10 they are pulling everyone to the drive thru waiting lanes where you will wait 10+ minutes and pray they don’t leave anything out. If you have time to drive a few more miles to the next McDonald’s, I would recommend you do that!!

Purchased my meal at 6:20, I pull into the window and I receive my drinks and then they sen me to the drive thru wait park space, where I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes and still did not receive 2 McDoubles while there’s atleast 10-15 cars being given full meals. I having my daughter with me could not come inside so I decided to no longer wait and drive off. Terrible service attention. And I wasn’t the only car they had waiting for longer than 30 minutes.

I hardly ever leave a bad review on anything as I know how much a bad review can hurt a business. That being said, I am so tired of never getting what I order and pay for. There are always missing items, incorrect items, and a lot of times…. a bunch of attitude from employees while in this McDonald’s in particular. Today’s specialty was a “bigmac” with no top burger… fun times McDonald’s… let’s get our crap together please!

Didn’t get frappe. Ice Carmel coffee was completely wrong. No whip cream, no extra Carmel. Big breakfast no maple syrup. And on top of that waited for 40 min. Ordered at 9:25 didn’t get food until 10:02 after going in there and getting it. This is not the first time I come and get coffee at least once a day and they can’t even follow the directions for how I want it. Instead of french vanilla they put hazelnut. I will not be coming back anymore. Oh and the woman taking the order huffing and puffing.

Was able to get in and out pretty well today. Used my digital coupons. Mom had a Happy meal and it seemed to make her happy when she saw the box was indeed for her. :-).. update. Slow as molasses inside they do have a slide for the kids they forget stuff so make sure you have what you need
