Don’t go here. I went through the drive thru to grab my son and I some lunch. I got him a 4 piece chicken nugget meal and I a nugget meal. Since we live close by I decided for us to eat at home. When I got home I opened his chicken nugget box to find just sauce. What the hell? Why would someone do that to a kids meal of all things. My poor son was heart broken when we got home. Luckily my order was all in tact so I just gave him half of mine. If you go here always double check the boxes before pulling away.

My husband went to order me a BACON, egg, and cheese biscuit. When I opened it at work, I thought they accidentally put sausage, which is fine. NO, they put a nasty, old cheeseburger on my biscuit. Almost made me throw up everywhere. Thankfully, I figured it out before biting into it.

Was told to pull to a “wait” spot. Waited for 5-8 minutes just to recieve a sandwich I have to reconstruct just to eat. How hard is it to stack ingredients that aren’t hanging half way off.

I ordered on the mobile app so I wouldn’t have to wait long. Got there, no line and nobody waiting for food. I had to sit and wait for 30 minutes for hash browns. I watched lines of cars come and get their food before me while I sat and waited. After the 30 minutes I went inside and they had completely forgot my order. Save your time and money and go to bojangles. Most incompetent group of people I’ve ever witnessed.

This amcDonalds was horrible. Inside was nasty with trash running over in floors. Coke was flat n they refused fix it. They refused to take my order told me use kiosk but took 2 girls orders after me. Fries were still frozen on inside no chese on my cheese burger. Tossed food lost my money n left. Lesson learned

The lady that worked there help me with the app. I had ordered actually from another McDonald’s somewhere in greenville. I do not know where that came from on my phone since we were in the parking lot. She helped me to get my order placed and get my food. I didn’t get her name but she was blonde headed. She actually was great trying to get the app to cancel my order at the other store and reorder there at their store. She actually let us pull up to the last window and took time to do all this. The biscuits were great and hot. Overall it was a great experience

One star is too much for this McDonald’s. We waited 45 minutes for our food. There was no one at the counter and there were many customers waiting. Customer service was literally HORRIBLE. The employee who finally came to the counter and asked what I need was rude and kept cussing under her breath. I understand maybe they are short staffed so I was kind, but that didn’t matter to her. It is never necessary to act unprofessionally as she did. I left crying, I have never in my life been treated that rudely for no reason before. I don’t know her name, but she was a black woman with a blonde updo and a terrible attitude. Would literally drive an extra 30 minutes to avoid going there.

I placed a order with no buns on two burgers they get it wrong twice and when they handed us the bag she dropped the fries and didn’t even ask if we wanted any and just left us at the window I went in to correct the burgers and seen they weren’t even busy they only had people there waiting for food about two people I got the fries and the burgers but I couldn’t waste anymore time and just gave up and my aunt had to go somewhere else to eat not able to eat the buns and when I got home our Dr. pepper wasn’t a Dr. pepper it was just another Diet Coke and my Big Mac still had lettuce on it I work in fast food and I understand mistakes happen but the whole order just went wrong

Went here around 10:30 on a Saturday night 12/13. We walked in saw no one for about 5 minutes. Whe the lady did come she started yelling at us about how short handed she was and we shouldn’t have come in her open door. She then locked the front door told us we’d have use the kiosk and leave through the gas station. Needless to say we and the group left. We will never return. Previous post was right 1 is way to high avoid this place.

In all my years of eating McDonald’s, I have never had an experience like this. The fries were hot but were barely cooked. The cheeseburger was pink and not cooked in the middle, and was cold. I was unable to eat it. The guy who served me was very rude – no manners or customer service; he looked like he hated his job or his life. Very poor customer service – did not smile and when I said “thank you”, he responded “uh huh”. Would not eat here again.
