The morning shift is great but that second shift is definitely not . I had my kids in the car and was waiting on our frappe and 2 younger girls came out w the wrong order and when I told her what I had she said well you going to have to go to drive through again and I was like no I don’t bc I already ordered and paid for them and she starts cussing bc she had to walk back inside to get my frappes. What upset me the most was the fact that they was outside cussing in front of my children .

Set at table for twenty minutes waiting on food. I finally went upfront to the counter to at least get our drinks. A girl literally walked past me three times with no acknowledgment and a few people behind the counter looked over with no acknowledgment. The girl that walked past me three times went back behind the counter and stood there complaining how tired she was. Team leader that just clocked out acknowledged me. She was looking for our food and it had been sitting in bags on the counter for about fifteen minutes and not even completed. Sandwiches were barely warm Another table there before us had the same issue. The team leader mentioned that they need to watch the front also and not one employee even acknowledged her.

Slowest drive thru ordering experience ever. Was there at 10:30pm on a Tuesday and it took 10 minutes just to order and there was only one car beside me and several behind me. The ones behind me waiting left. I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe what I got was old, dry and hard and not even the correct toppings. And wayyyy to much mayo. Horrible experience.

HORRIBLE! One of the worst experiences with fast food I have had. It was SO bad in terms of customer service that I’m thinking about writing a complaint to company headquarters.
Keep driving to Atlanta. Food is better there and service people are more responsive!

Everytime I ger pulled up or into a spot and a few times has to go in after waiting 20min. Ridiculous I will b stopping a few exits up from now on. I would rather go out my way than have to deal with this one again. I have gone through all times of day. It is on my way to and from church.

Generally this McDonald’s is top notch during the week but this mornings’ Saturday experience was lacking. I ordered an oatmeal and a chicken mcgriddle in the drive through. I was given a watery oatmeal and a chicken biscuit. Annoyed with the wrong sandwich, I went back through the drive through the line and requested the correct sandwich. The clerk asked “didn’t I read the order back to you?” instead of saying “sorry about that, let me correct that for you.” When I got the window the receipt was demanded and I was treated like I was lying and trying to get a free sandwich or pull a scam (over a $2 sandwich). I didn’t get my receipt back either. I heard the employee in the background screaming to get the sandwich back. They gonna serve that to someone else? I hope not. At the next window, the big bald dude handed me my sandwich and told me to “try smiling more!” Most people would just settle for the incorrect order but I took the time to go back around and get what I ordered. Then I was treated like a common criminal trying to pull a scam and then treated poorly for being aggravated. Do better McDonalds. You just lost a week day fan.
