False advertisement at it’s finest. Multi billion dollar company, yet still serves food like crap. How do you flattened a cheeseburger so bad it looks like a pancake? Pretty sure the cheese had been sitting in the refrigerator for awhile too, it was stiff. And both employees at the drive thru today could not properly communicate, let alone open the drive thru window on the second window instead made hand gestures. Being professional even in a fast food restaurant goes a long way.

UNFAIR PRACTICE by this McDonalds. My wife ordered a number 7 with a small diet coke instead of the orange juice that came with it and she was charged an UPCHARGE for the small coke. I spoke with manager about the upcharge and was basically told that was more of a policy. I asked her which cost the most, the small diet coke or the orange juice and she stated the orange juice and I stated you charged me an UPCHARGE on the diet coke and that was unfair practice by McDonalds. She basically agreed with me. BEWARE of UPCHARGES which clearly reflects unfair practices.

How hard is it to make two cheeseburgers without onions?? Like in all seriousness everyone here( excluding the teenager on cashier) might be slow. First they gave me hamburgers, I obviously didn’t want that so i asked for my correct food… which yielded TWO NEW HAMBURGERS WITHOUT ONIONS!!! I tried to give them back because all i want is TWO CHEESE(BIGGGGGG ON CHEESE) burgers with no onions dude. Big Bertha comes to the front and checks the receipt like I’m trying to do a heist with stolen burgers, sashays back and low and behold i wait TEN GLORIOUS MORE MINUTES TO GET….. wait for it….. TWO NEW CHEESEBURGERS WITH ALL THE FIXINGS!!!!! Everyone working on table needs training and honestly a literacy test this point. I don’t even want the food anymore and i dropped it in the trash… who knows how long it would’ve took to get a refund. I’ll just dispute the charge with my bank

Edit: I responded and followed McDonald’s advice to let them look into this at the link below and they still look zero accountability telling me they would refer to the store – which did not get back to me or handle it the first time (and still hasn’t). It’s pretty simple. I paid for something. They don’t have it and didn’t provide it. You don’t get to keep the money for that. I’m so sick of these companies skirting accountability at the expense of good paying people. I’m not looking for something for free. I’m looking for what I paid for. I’m done being their customer. I spent $34 in one order. Holding on to less than $8 will cost them all my business in the future. Hope the $8 was worth it you unethical jerks.
I ordered $32 worth of food through the app. When I arrived they told me they didn’t have my 2 sundaes with extra toppings – a subtotal of $7.48 (plus tax). I said ok you can just refund the items. The checkout person refused and said since I ordered through the app I had to deal with them. When I went to the app and clicked help and then “what to do if they don’t have my item” I got a response that if an item wasn’t available they wouldn’t allow me to order it. So I went through the process of placing a complaint with all my info and receipt info and got a response that they wouldn’t help me because the store should have taken care of it. It doesn’t seem like a lot, but I’m a medical imaging student and I’m not working and it just feels really dirty that a multibillion dollar company is skirting responsibility and taking advantage of me when I don’t have much to begin with. They could have offered me literally anything – a gift card, a credit, a refund, extra points in my McDonalds account, but they basically told me to go kick rocks so I’m done being their customer.

This particular establishment does not honor the BOGO free sandwiches when you complete the online survey. Attempted to use the coupon and was told that the manager said that they no longer accept them, which was disappointing. However, when I ordered an additional item on the mobile app and grabbed it from the counter – what was on the bag? A receipt paper with information for that same exact survey with the BOGO sandwich. I shown it to the employee who stated it was no longer accepted and said that perhaps they should change the printed labels to not reflect that, if that was the case. Poor customer service on her manager’s part, but the employee was polite.
While the food was good, I will no longer go to this particular McDonald’s ever again.

Nicely remodeled McDonald’s located in a heavily trafficked area by 707 and Holmestown. The day we were there, the service was solid. No problems with the food. The restaurant and restrooms were clean.

It takes soooooooo long for these people to acknowledge your existence. They don’t even look in the direction of the cash register for like 15 minutes at a time. It’s crazy. I don’t want to be the rude person yelling, but sheesh.

I just picked up food with my 4 yr old daughter. Spent $13 – $6 of which were for a Deluxe McCrispy. Got home and they never even gave me my McCrispy. I’m so tired of getting screwed out of my food because this store can’t take 2 seconds to ensure all the food is in the bag.
