I ordered a sugar free ice coffee but I almost had a heart attack from sugar shock. And the cups had caramel all on them. This is unacceptable! If you’re given an order you should follow it. Not to mention when we asked for extra sugar we were given attitude. The food was pretty good though!

Food was mediocre and the service was zero stars. Waited 24 minutes today for a mobile order of one Filet-O-Fish meal and if I hadn’t have gone to the counter to ask where it was, it never would have gotten made. The employees and who I assumed to be a male manager couldn’t move slower if they tried. I was in a long line of people in the same situation and I saw multiple people leave. Would not recommend!

Ate here today and the customer service was poor. He couldn’t hear the person taking the order and I don’t think she could hear us because she had the order wrong. We weren’t asked if we wanted to round up for McDonald’s house which they decided to add to the order. We also didn’t order medium cokes and had an extra charge on that. In addition, my unsweet tea was filled about an inch from the top. The fries weren’t hot either. The nuggets and burgers were fine. Very disappointed. This place usually has great service and great fries. And the girl at the checkout window was just darn rude.

This is a good McDonalds. Both the sitting area and the bathroom was clean. Sometimes when I visit fast food places they have like a slippery grime on the floor, however, This McDonald’s Wasn’t Greasy at all. I had no problem eating here. All the food tasted as it’s supposed to taste and looked like it’s supposed to look. The one thing you can say about McDonalds is that they have a consistent taste across their many locations. The employees were also very friendly and polite. It looked like everyone was working hard to meet the customers demands. If you want to go to a McDonalds, this is a good one to visit.

Being the closest one to our hotel, we went to this McD to get some take out dinner. The drive thru was very busy, so we decided to walk in the store to put the order via kiosk. Order was ready within couple of minutes. The store was very clean. Condominium were available but the soda machine. Nuggets, fries, happy meal all had authentic McD taste. Was happy to see nothing got missed in our order.

Listen, I wasn’t expecting much when I pulled up to McDonald’s, but baby, let me tell you they understood the assignment!! The fries were fresh, crispy, and perfectly golden. My food was hot, everything tasted right, and the service? Fast, friendly, and smooth like they were on a mission to impress.
The person at the window had the biggest smile and the kind of energy that just makes your day better. Everything came out perfect, no Lanes, no attitude, no wait just pure good vibes and good food.
And I’ve been to the McDonald’s in Conway, Myrtle Beach, and Surfside, but this one? This one takes the trophy home. Don’t skip it, don’t question it just pull up and get those fries. You’ll thank me later.

The employees were awesome every time we visited. The biscuits were hard as a rock, our order was messed up 2 of the 5 times we visited, and the sweet tea was not good at all. I would have left a lower rating, but because the staff was amazing I gave it a 3!

I sat for 20 minutes after being told to pull up. Over 10 people! Behind me have gotten their food. The guy behind me pulled up to tell me they even messed his order up. This place Is barely functioning in the morning. I’m just trynna eat a McMuffin before I go into work . I’ve been asked over three times what my order was, and they have brought me 4 wrong bags.

I went through the drive through and ordered a meal. After I purchased my food, I waiting at the second window for my bag of food. The employee working at the second window (which looked like the manager) went to hand me my food and politely asked if I could get a dip of honey mustard with it. She rolled her eyes very obviously, then said “we don’t have honey mustard” then tried to walk away from the window. I then said “ranch will be fine too” so she turned around and told me that if I wanted sauce, I would need to order it through the micro phone at the beginning of the drive thru. The comical thing about it is, I used to always order my sauce through the micro phone and then was told by an McDonald’s Employee that I didn’t have to ever do that and just ask them at the window! I work in customer service, and I am a store manager, and I would never talk or react like that to customers that just want a condiment with the food they just purchased.

Waited 20 min for food to be brought out finally wrnt it waited forever for someone to finally show up at the front and the manager said they forgot to bring the food out smh. This is why they should not be allowed to push cars up!
