Ok I’ve tried to give it time because I understand this is a new McDonald’s and they’re working out the kinks, however, this is like the fifth or sixth time that I’ve been through this drive-through and had an issue. Today I ordered a large basket of fries for my daughter and the basket didn’t look really full, and I asked them why it didn’t look like there were many fries in the basket. I asked how much Larger was this compared to a large fry and they said the basket of fries is equivalent to two medium fries. So they said it was correct. I get home and of course, the sauce that I asked for is incorrect they gave me barbecue instead of honey. And I actually had an old McDonald’s large fry container from two days ago – my daughter has autism so we get her fries often- and low and behold all the fries, we received fit in a large. So I paid extra money for fries I never got. Every time we’ve been through this drive-through, I’ve also consistently had to wait 15 minutes or so for my food. Often times I am asked to pull up to the third window even when there’s no one behind me while I’m waiting at the final window to get my food. I don’t know if it’s to help with their time goals or something? There is one girl there that’s always quite friendly, however the lack of orders being correct, the time it takes to get the food, and then today to ask a question and not be offered a solution has put a sour taste in my mouth. I tried to call this McDonald’s before posting and they don’t have a phone number to call. So I digress.

Good afternoon I came in tonight and there was a new manager that I did see sonce I’ve been there her name is Miss Terry. She was very professional and was getting on her lobby employees in a good way. The employee was very great to make sure I got my food and it was good and fresh. His name was Justin And there was a lady out there named Melissa she was helping at the kiosk. Very helpful staff! Would definitely come back again!

Food is fine once you get it but it is the absolute slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there a few times and it always takes forever, one time I decided to time it and from the time I paid at the drive thru till the time I got my food was 11 minutes that’s crazy, the people are friendly but it’s slow and they make a lot of mistakes, most recently today I ordered 2 egg McMuffins, 1 sausage and egg McMuffin and 2 hash browns and didn’t get my sausage McMuffin and unfortunately I didn’t check the bag so didn’t realize till I got back home and to top it off there is no phone number for this location to call and report the incident so I’d have to drive back there to report it and it’s not worth the trouble so I guess I’m just going to have to stop going to this one since you can’t even get the problem resolved without going back there.

Be careful. This store is a killer. This restaurant screwed up my order. I went back to remedy the issue, and they sent me to the hospital with food poisoning.
The crispy chicken strips and sandwich were the problem. What we were served was rubbery and slimy under the breading. This means the chicken is cooked at too low of temperature. And our food poisoning means the chicken was probably thawed.
This store appears to have a problem with it’s food storage equipment as well as it food preparation equipment. Like I said, be careful. This store is a killer.

First time at this McDonald’s and it was an excellent experience. The food was the freshest I’ve had from any McDonald’s in a long time. Every staff member was super friendly and in a good mood. Jasmine in particular was great!!

Big shout out to Quinn for the excellent service. As someone who has been in the roll of shift manager, I understand how annoying it is to have someone roll into your drive thru at 11:30PM. All I ordered was a basket of fries. I expected there to be a wait, presuming a skeleton crew inside, and sure enough there was. When I was finally greeted at the window, Quinn, the shift manager, apologized for the wait and stated that her crew was about to serve me cold fries, but she stopped that and said that she would make sure I got hot fries. Sure enough, I got hot fries. They may have even been reheated for all I care, but she carried thru on what she said. Then, without prompting or complaining, she handed me a strawberry milkshake as an apology for the wait. I understand that late shift sucks, but it’s also when you show whether or not you care. Quinn went above and beyond to make sure that a <$5 customer was taken care of, and unfortunately that effort is rare. Thanks Quinn, the fries and shake were great!

Staff was very friendly and the manager was great. Nice and clean and looks different from any McDonalds Iv been to and my son even got an ice cream from manger to take his medicine
