Ordered bacon on 1/4 pounder . Got home no bacon . They went through the effort to put in on sticker on outside of box . Maybe they should get another raise! Oh yeah and I was charged for it! Called them and they hung up . Then called back and no longer in service! Didn’t even get a receipt!

The workers paid more attention to their friends visiting than the customer. Stood at the register for quite a while while they were conversing and laughing with their friends and Cco workers. Had to tell them to get us a cup for the meal, we had to tell them to make our sundae I ordered too…HORRIBLE!!!

I really appreciate the older lady(sorry forgot to ask her name) that was at the window where you pay. I ordered 2-20 pc. nuggets and 2-large fries at the drive thru. A younger lady took my order. She told me it would be $25 and some change. Anyway the older lady at the window said she didn’t know why they didn’t offer me the special…which was 40pc nuggets and 2- large fries for….. $16.06!!! Wow! I let the lady know I really appreciated her telling me that and changing it for me. I’m so glad she did that..not many people would have. She needs to be acknowledged…so I’m writing about her now. She’s the only reason I’m giving all stars.. Thank you to her!!

The night manager was extremely rude. I said have a great night and she sneared at me. I asked her what her problem with me was. Shw said something under her breath. I asked her if I had done something to her besides being a good customer. Complained to coworker and she dismissed my need for an answer.

This mcdonalds is the worst one I have ever been to. The drive thru line is always to the street. Service on front line and drive thru is terribly slow. The employees seem to always have an attitude. And your order is never right. Whenever you try to redeem points on the app, it always says the item isnt available. How is a cheeseburger not available at dinner? My best advice is to avoid at all costs and go to cookout across the street

I take my son there, l don’t eat the food. The food is hot everytime, the service is good, l like delivery but after 5pm everyday, you cannot order certain items for delivery, the system will kick it back and say it is not available when it it, so keep that in mind for delivery, other than that, it is a good place for the kiddos to fill them up for awhile.

Moral of the story late night just drive across the street to the Cook-Out. Fries were soggy as if someone put them in the grease to early. Chicken nuggets were burned and tasted like burnt oil.
