Spent $8 on a double burger and apple slices. WAITED 30 MINUTES NEVER GOT FOOD. Saw staff correct 3 drive-thru orders and 2 pick up orders while waiting for my order. Saw staff knock over a cart of condiments and other restock items for the line.

Staff was courteous to the 5 different customers ahead of me, that’s all I can say about the staff. The orders which were wrong were both sandwiches and drinks. All customers had at least one item wrong for everyone.

The hand sanitizer on both kiosks was empty. The adjoining women toilet had no soap. This was at 10 pm.

Dear Management,
I’m writing to express a concern regarding the food service I recently received at one of your locations. On August 2, 2025, I visited your restaurant at approximately 3:41 PM and received my order shortly after 4:00 PM. Included in my order was an apple pie labeled with an “Enjoy by” time of 1:10 PM.
This indicates that the pie had likely been sitting out for over 8 hours by the time it was served to me, which raises concerns about food quality and safety. As a customer, I expect food to be served fresh and within appropriate time windows for both taste and health standards. Serving expired items not only compromises customer experience but also puts your brand’s reputation at risk.
I believe this may be a training or oversight issue, and I respectfully suggest reinforcing the importance of food freshness and proper rotation with your team. Food service employees should be fully aware of the standards expected in handling and serving prepared items.
I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the high standards McDonald’s is known for.

First McDonald’s I’ve ever heard of that refuses to substitute a drink or fries on a happy meal. Rude rolling of the eyes from the staff and took 30 mins to get food with what started as us and 1 other car pulled up to every single car getting pulled up! (5 total) cars in drive thru pulled up. Will not take this exit again for this pitiful place.

DO NOT STOP HERE. You have been warned. We placed our order online and still waited 40 minutes for food. People that ordered after us received food before us. But everyone seemed to wait 25 plus minutes for their order. They claimed they had a lot of orders, but after watching them they are just slow. It was like one order leaving every few minutes. Avoid. I added a photo of the number and email you can use in case you stopped here and waited 30 minutes for food.

Very kind staff working in deplorable conditions. There has apparently been a sewage leak for a month, and the bathroom (and restaurant) smell so horrible you can’t breathe. I know McDonald’s isn’t typically 5 star dining, but we walked in to order my daughter fries and walked out because of the smell. I found out the employees have had to deal with this for a month, which is shameful. Resolve the sewage issue and pay the employees while you close the restaurant in the meantime.

clearly these employees how difficulty operating the drive up window ‼️ the employees philosophy is they’re not happy, until you’re not happy. sitting in the car behind listening to the order it sounds like they are actually arguing with the customer. Hard to believe these employees could demand 15 or $20 an hour.

Staff was friendly but very slow by comparison. Not sure if they are under staffed or poorly managed.
We ortoppingsdered a quarter pounder with specific due to the wife’s dietary restrictions. After waiting just under 20 minutes in the drive through and being parked for ten minutes the sandwich was made incorrectly. The wife could not eat it. She was very upset.

This McDonald’s is not the best one, and frankly, some of the workers are very slow. It took more than 10 minutes to get two coffees. One of the self-service machines was out of order.

The location is connected to a Stuckey’s and BP Gas Station, and there is a drive-through window if you don’t want to eat inside.

When I arrived, the cashier told me that I had to use a card or the exact amount as she had no change.

The place does have air-conditioning, good Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating areas.

Just stopped by to grab some hashbrowns and a Coke. I had to ask multiple times for a cup, not the end of the world, but the manager yelled at an elderly couple for wanting to order at the counter instead of the kiosk, then yelled at the employee for trying to help them.

Absolutely disgusting way to treat the elderly. Accommodating customers is part of the job, and no one should ever be treated like that. This happens around 10 AM.

Place an order at 2:52 p.m. pulled up to the spot 10 minutes later after getting gas. Sat in the pick up zone for over 20 minutes waiting on our food. Only to receive an order that wasn’t correct. An employee came out to assist with me getting my order. The craziest part of everything was my order was sitting on the counter waiting for fries and a drink.
