I enjoyed putting together a healthy lunch from start to finish. The tea was fresh brewed and the atmosphere was relaxing, and nice ambient lighting. The service was impeccable and the bathrooms were clean. Ill see you folks soon!

My family and I love a good Mongolian Grill but we won’t be returning. Our last experience was not great as well but my son and I decided to give it another shot. Which was a horrible mistake. There were over 9 employees working, hostess walked past us and didn’t acknowledge us at all so we waited about 5 minutes meanwhile the entire restaurant was empty besides one other family. Once we were seated we waited another 5 minutes before she showed up. I’m not expecting immediate service but everyone was on their phones at the bar. Once she got our drink order we went to make our bowls. The older gentleman with glasses on the grill was not cooking food long enough. Vegetables were hard and raw in the middle, the rice that was brought to our table didn’t even look like rice but mush. No straws, no silverware, no napkins. Service was non existent. I did ask the guy on grill to please cook my food longer because I’m 8 months pregnant. Every time I went up my food was undercooked as the guy was continually on his phone and constantly would disappear. Waitress checked on us when only my minor child was at the table so I was not able to address concerns as all the servers were still at the bar on their phones. We came in at lunch and when we got our check pricing had switched to dinner. Luckily that did get fixed but we won’t be back for lack of service and undercooked food. Here is to hoping we don’t get food poisoning.

This was a trully tasty meal as you literally make your own via a smorgasbord of meat, pasta and vegetable choices. Let’s not forget the plethora of mild to hot sauces you add just before handing it off to the Mongolian grill artisan who makes a great show of cooking your fare. A great meal to be had.

The wait staff went out of their way to ensure our family member with allergies was safe. The experience of choosing what meats and vegetables then sauce combination and watching the chef cook on the hibachi grill was fun for the entire party. Those with hearty appetites were able to go up for more. Some of us prefer eating with chop sticks, some prefer forks, and no one is judged either way. Very welcoming environment for the whole family.

Friday night was pretty loud. Way louder than we’ve ever experienced before. But the service was quick and friendly. The lines were a bit longer than usual, but moved quickly and the food was yummy!

The food here is good; well worth the price. Make sure you add enough sauce so your food doesn’t turn out on the dry side. I made that mistake the first visit there. Ask for the rice, it’s free.

Excellent food. Really enjoyed this place. Ready to go back! Service was amazing. The lady never let me be thirsty! All you can eat as well. Grab a few bowls of veggies meat and pasta and pick out several sauces of your choosing and take it up to the cooks at the round hot plate grill and they cook it up for you in about 5 mins and then do it all again till you’re so full you could pass out!!! Wonderful experience. My wife and I had some crab rangoon as well bringing out ticket total with drinks to $50.00 bucks. If there were a west side location I would certainly be broke and fat!! Luckily it’s East side but I will return soon!!
